It was a pleasure working with Jon, Chiare & the magnolia team . Customer service is important to me and they set the bar high when it comes to customer service. Jon stepped in to speak directly with my home insurance so that I did not have to be in the middle. When Jon said he was going to do something he did it. I appreciate that he made me feel like taking care of the issue was his top priority. He always returned calls and emails in a timely manner and communicated effectively. Unfortunately customer service is not what it used so working with the magnolia crew was a breath of fresh air and they made the process as smooth as it could be considering I had been through 2 other companies that couldnt complete the job. Nearly 3 months without A/C in my living room and because of the magnolia crew our A/C is back up and running. Thank you , Job well done gang! I would certainly use your services again and highly recommend anyone with A/C issues contact you all first!
