What is involved in a construction project? The simple answer is the tradespeople, tools, material, and equipment necessary to complete the planned work. At Portland Builders, we believe there is more required to make a project a success, such as: experience, anticipation, commitment, loyalty, and pride. These are the building blocks of our approach that create a strong foundation for every project. Over the past thirty-five+ years, we have learned to anticipate and remediate the inevitable challenges we will encounter during a project.

Rehabilitation of occupied housing is not for every contractor or construction manager. Keeping residents in place during construction requires experience and a total commitment to minimizing resident disruption while adhering to the project schedule. We have developed a comprehensive set of site protocols that are implemented on all of our occupied projects.
Portland Builders understands that for our commercial clients, "time is money, " and the need to get the doors open is as important as the budget. We specialize in fast track project management with an iron-clad completion date. We guarantee that project expectations are met and the ribbon is cut on schedule. It is our hope that these values are reflected in the following images of these projects.
Portland Builders began as a custom home builder over thirty years ago, and although our business profile has changed and grown dramatically, we still construct energy efficient homes for select clients. We approach our residential projects with the same attention to quality, schedule and budget as we do with all of our commercial work.
