I interviewed with the HR supervisor. Had just moved to OKC and was concerned about the security in the building during a tornado. I asked if they had a bunker or shelter for employees or what was the process in case of a tornado. He said "that is a good question, no one had asked me that before" he went and asked the manager. Came back laughing and said they're supposed to go to the supply room.
I couldn't believe what he was saying. As an HR Recruiter I've been trained for these kind of situations and the best solutions to survive. Any object becomes a weapon whenever the wind reaches a certain speed. Clearly, they don't follow OSHA regulations nor show any concern for their employees.

Critical: Quality After 4 and a half hours of being stuck on 40 because you pushed semis onto the shoulder with a drop off, causing them to go down an embankment. I want to know where you're working so I take every possible precaution to avoid those roads! I was already terrified going through the area in my car, the truckers didn't stand a chance.

I am reporting this employer to the Better Business Bureau because They discriminate against people with medical conditions. Specifically people who have seizures and use cannabis To relieve those seizures. I'm actually very relieved because I would not have wanted to work with a company who doesn't support people who Have disabilities

Wish i could give no stars to comment. These people take advantage of their workers. Husband worked for them for 10 years about and he found something better well they decided to keep his last check. We recieved a message from JEFF TAYLOR saying he was a lawyer for them which is a lie a true lawyer does not send a text message. We have a lawyer and are sueing mark willy for not paying him.

I am a employee & work 12Hour shifts everyday. Started with NO experience. Got hired making more than $12 was a Labour, now also run equipment & have almost 6Months experience. This is a dangerous job, like any other paving company. Duit has a motto "Duit Safely" also every morning we have a Safety meeting before work. The benefits, supervisor's, & your crew/co-worker's are great. Duit is one of the best companies to start your new career, if you have experience that's a plus!. Hard work does pay off financially & with better opportunity's working for Duit Construction.

Worst construction company ever i40 in Oklahoma from meridian to i44. over 10 weeks on the job leaving giant slabs of concrete sticking up to bust your tire and rims. they leave this for a week at a time then come back & poor fast set concrete THAT HARDENS IN HOURS. instead of doing it in 1 complete stroke of work. not to mention they push 4 lanes to 1 lane on weekend traffic. this backs up traffic over 6 miles to a complete stop. the company that did the job from meridian west on I-40 did 6 lanes 3 miles in less then 2 weeks time. it is baby butt-ox smooth DUIT constructions concrete job is rough and bouncy at the best. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD THERE SO BAD AND WASTING OUR TAX DOLLARS.

Duit was contractor for ODOT on I-40 Between Meridian and MacArthur. They were hoisting debris in the air, and a piece of debris hit my windshield so hard that I almost lost control of my vehicle. I filed a claim through ODOT, and they told me Duit was the one responsible for my damage. I sent a claim through to Duit because I had to replace my windshield.
They denied it, and refused to take responsibility. Said it was due to road hazard. Failed to acknowledge the sloppy and dangerous workmanship of their crew. They leave rock, chairs, bumpers, tires etc on the road. If you take damage while driving it's most likely because they simply don't care about anyone's safety it's only about the money that goes into their pocket.
