Great place to work From march to November This company was a well oiled machine with Garrett Mixon on the team!

I have been using these folks for years for my place of work. Always a great job with striping and sweeping of our parking lots.

I've never had the misfortune of using this company. But with that said, I was in the Shari's parking lot in Gresham, OR off of Burnside St. and watched one of their parking lot sweeper/cleaner trucks, just drive cookies in the lot and race around. The driver ended up clipping a parked truck pretty hard and just drive off.

We used Pavement Maintenance for several jobs around our property. They repaired an area of our driveway that was sunken and badly cracked. They installed concrete curbing to better direct runoff from the driveway, and they seal coated the long flag lot driveway to all 4 homes around us. From the initial contact to the project implementation, each employee of PMI was courteous, very competent, and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

Our parking lot was resealed, resurfaced and painted. PMI did a very good job. It looks brand new. They were very quick and efficient. The estimate was exactly what the job cost.

PMI did an excellent job on the crack sealing and striping of our parking lot here at the Northwest College of Construction. I called Them to have some work done and when I told them who I was and why I was calling from they said they're not interested the lady on the phone was very rude I do not recommend these people run for your lives thank you for reading

I work for a company that uses these bozos reularlay for parking lot sweeping, curb repair and striping. They always blow debris into the landscape when they come to sweep. I use to run a sweeper truck I know how it's suppose to be done right. The painting they do flakes off and crumbles a way literally a mere day after they've done the work. Curbs crumble and crack in the same time frame.

They don't even dig out the old curb, just knock out the old one and lay the new a few inches from where the old one was. Which leaves a four inch gap that they won't back fill. They have also broken a lot of irrigation. In short I always have to clean up after they've paid a visit to my properties. No honor, dignity and no standards describes them best.
