Very Very Poor Communication! Been waiting for 4 months for them to get back to us for a contractor, because we have a problem with our house settling. Every time we talk to someone they give us excuse about coming out. There message on phone say we are here to help you when you are building the house after, what a lie.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Don't bother buying a home from Yingst. If ANYTHING is wrong with your house it will take an ACT OF GOD to get ANYONE from Yingst to fix it. I have called 8 times regarding a faulty dishwasher and I have been blown off 8 times! Absolutely the worst response of any builder I've ever dealt with and this is my 5th home. So disappointing. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Critical: Professionalism Build houses wherever they can find space.took away my peace and serenity for their own greed.now instead of having a nice open view, I get to look at the back of these garbage houses, thanks yingst, I hope one day I can build a house in your backyard and take away your privacy.i hope you make lots of money.

Been here since May 1 2019 and nothing has been fixed. Inside walls and ceilings new fixing and painting. Outside is an even greater problem. All the run off water from three streets empty into our yard. We were promised sod to stop water and repair large ruts in yard. Nothing done. After installing $200 of sod on our own, it is ruined by all the street run off that empty into our yard. Can not communicate with the builder now. Don't ever deal with this builder. Over priced and poor workmanship and no co-operation from builders staff

I built at Union Station about a year ago. While I think the construction of my house is terrific and far surpasses other builders in the area, they definitely have poor customer service. There were no lights on my street for months, and they didn't do anything until I threatened to go to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. Also, I have nothing but dirt and weeds in my yard and ugly plastic rain spouts.
After SEVEN phone calls to their "Customer Service Specialist" (and I use that term liberally), I was promised that the issues would be addressed within a week.two weeks ago. If you choose to build with Yingst, you'll have a well-built home with all of the customizations that you want. But good luck getting them to care about you after they have your money.
