The first owners of our house had the basement waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing. The previous owners did not work with Ohio State Waterproofing, but the company was still willing to transfer the warranty to us when we moved in. Since then we had a small drip in the basement near the sump pump. The tech who came to investigate had a hunch and fixed it right then without needing to schedule a crew. I really appreciated that, he went above and beyond.

When we bought our house over 17 years ago, the basement had already been waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing. We were able to transfer the warranty seamlessly, and have never had any water issues in our basement! We pay a modest yearly fee to continue the warranty. Any time I've had to contact Ohio State Waterproofing with any questions I have always had very friendly and professional people to talk to. Thank you!

We had Ohio State Waterproofing come out to our home at the beginning of April to do a complete waterproofing of our basement. The process from the beginning to the end was very smooth and we are definitely happy to have our basement safe from water damage. The crew who did the work was very professional and knowledgeable, especially the foreman Carlos.

He answered any and all questions I had and walked me through each step of the process. We are also very happy with the follow up care we've received ensuring everything they did was up to our liking.

They solved the water problem coming through the walls and into our basement. I don't have to worry anymore when it rains hard because our basement doesn't flood anymore either. The crew was prompt and worked hard. Waterproofing is a very dirty job. They covered everything they could and cleaned up very well afterward. It snowed while they were performing the job but they didn't miss a beat. I have not needed any follow up service. The walls are dry enough that we were actually able to paint them with no issues! The transferable warranty is a plus.

We had Ohio State Waterproofing waterproof our basement. We had many appointments with companies to do this project. OSW was our last appointment and by far the best appointment we had. Their prices were unbeatable and the transferrable warranty was a huge seller. In the 20+ years since they did the project they have only had to come back out 2 times to replace a part in the sump pump. Never at a cost to us and both times the service person was top notch! The only problem was that they went out of business a few years later, and my basement needed attention. Called Ohio State, got a very reasonable quote for the entire house. I had the work done in 2007. I recently needed some touch up work. A team came out and completed the work in no time. Very happy.

13 years ago, Ohio State Waterproofing came to my home and FIXED the water issues in the basement that I had experienced for over 8 years. Also installed the EZ-Breathe air system. Their work was exceptional (completed on-time, cleanup, covered items in basement & flowerbeds for protection). The professionalism from their office personnel and work crew was very impressive.

11 years ago our basement was waterproofed. They have a cheap warranty plan that is worth keeping active for any unforeseen problems. We only had to call when the sump pump stopped working.
