Please review the sample subcontract for our standard requirements. Subcontractor payment requests must be made using Poe Construction's Invoice-Release Form. A signed and notarized original should be submitted to our office. Please refer to the instructions document for more details. This is an example of the information that needs to be included in the Subcontractor's Site Specific Safety Plan. The plan should be returned to our office with the signed Subcontract.

The receptionist that answered the telephone was so incredibly rude. Poe Construction has been starting work almost an hour early every single morning at their jobsite in Spanaway off of 208th Street. The county ordinance is 7 A.M. start time, and their workers start closer to 6. They are so loud, that our children come into our room because they're awoken to tractors and construction. I'm filing a complaint with Pierce County today, as the woman who answered was so incredibly unhelpful and condescending. What a terrible experience.
