Roth Homes

Horrible builder. Takes a ton of short cuts that will catch up to you as the home buyer. House needed to be repainted after 7 years. And the roof was installed completely wrong. Use someone else. I have nothing but regrets about my Roth home.

The owner is a petty, argumentative, abusive man. He voluntarily did "good deeds" for my elderly mother and then threatened to charge her when he couldn't buy her property. There are plenty of builders in the area, take your business anywhere else. He bragged to me that he has an impeccable reputation and to check around, so I did. I guess he considers a 1 out of 5 rating on the Better Business Bureau website, as well as a 2.7 rating on Google "impeccable".

I think it shows a history of abusing customers that is undeniable and I'm grateful to learn about all the negative experiences others have experienced. I would never do any business with this company for any reason.

We love our Roth Home. We had Roth build it six years ago and have had only one small issue that they promptly fixed. We worked with Steve and his team to custom build. They had unique design ideas that made our home stand out from the others (in a good way) and were happy to help us work within our budget. This is a small family business, so don't expect the red carpet with them. What you can expect is a well built home with thoughtful design.

I'm a service contractor, I've been to many Roth homes. I find the homes to be well built with many custom features built in. Theyhave very interesting and custom floor plans. The general in charge has always been friendly and knows what to expect from his sub-contractors. A first class clean install. I've been under many Roth homes and find the crawl spaces clean and, free of debris. If I were to have a home custom built Roth would be my first choice.

The only reason this company is still in business is because you only realize how awful they are AFTER you give them $350k plus. FIND A DIFFERENT BUILDER AT ALL COSTS.

The owner of this company will rip you off and think nothing of it. He will leave you holding the bill claiming he didnt do anything wrong. Buyer and contractor beware. He is most likely going to pad his pockets with current customers monies to pay a past customers bills until he has enough from a few of you.and then file bankruptcy leaving a group of people broke or homeless. That is the ultimate end of companies like this.

Using Roth Homes was a big mistake. We used them to repair our shower. It needed to be partially torn out and replaced. This began last April and to this day is still not complete. It has been a fiasco made up of unprofessionalism and disrespect. Josh who made first contact with us made us feel as though we could trust him to do the job right, but after we made the agreement, we never saw him again.

Instead we had men who didn't speak english and were terrified of our little dog who had to re-do the work 3 times before I told him to please not come back. It was finally finished by someone who is contracted throught Roth from Majestic, but now after just a few months the morter he used is cracking and the tiles are going to pop out. I have called both Roth and now Majestic multiple times for someone to just come and finish the job, yet no one has called me back.

At this point I wouldn't have them come back at all. So, do yourself a favor and don't use Roth Homes or Majestic Tile for your repairs or re-models. I guess hiring them to build would be even more disasterous if they can't even handle a simple repair job! Good luck guys, I can't imagine business is THAT good~
