Very unprofessional, and aggressive while in a company vehicle. Man in an American West Construction vehicle almost hit me and my 2 yr old daughter, in my car this morning in the drive through McDonalds line, in Erie CO. He then honked at me (for no apparent reason - I guess he thought he was next in line, but I had ordered first.?) then proceeded to flip me off.

I honestly know nothing about this company as a whole, but if that is the type of behavior that they employ while in company branded vehicles, I would steer clear. I have license plate # of the truck in question, if this company would like to address this very unpleasant and overly aggressive encounter.

I arrived at American West everyone was super nice greeted me with offerings of coffee or water and it seemed like everyone was happy to be there. When employees are happy it speaks volumes of a company and its leaders!

They are not taking responsibility for the damages on my vehicle after I ran over a pot hole they dug up. There wasn't a sign indicating road work or "bump ahead". This was no ordinary pothole. The force damaged two wheels, two tires and the alignment. The cost would set any one back.

They don't deserve 1 star. The City of Westminster contracted with to fix a drainage issue we have had for a decade. The on going mess American West created in our community is unacceptable. We once had a small park for our residences and neighboring communities to enjoy with their dogs. Now we have an unsightly, mosquito infested, standing water mud hole.

The City has requested several times for them to resolve this problem. The contract we have with the City states the area to be returned to its original state. The site is open for viewing at 90th Place and Balsam Ct. Balsam Ct. is also part of the project and it looks by the white paint on the street it will be dug up "once again"! One of many VERY UNHAPPY homeowners.
