HTI was amazing. Radon level in the basement of the house was about 11 pCi/L. Three days after HTI spent a couple of hours installing their system, the radon level in the basement is now 0.6 pCi/:L. They were on-time, professional, answered all our questions and did exactly what they told us they would do. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Mr Dorsey and Hope Technology Inspections were incredibly effective and easy to work with. Him and his wife efficiently came and installed a radon mitigation system and did subsequent testing. Torry and his partner installed a radon mitigation system in our home and did a great job! He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and was able to get us on his schedule in under a week. Torry Dorsey and his tech. reviewed our house and within one half hour provided us with a plan and a more then reasonable price for the required work. All work was completed as discussed with fine workmanship. Within a few hours from starting test were put in place with the job completion. Seven days later given an all-clear result from the Lab. Torry was able to find a new fan for our radon system. The old fan had worn out from age and he was able to locate, order and sell us a new one at a reasonable price. After a miserable experience with the original company that had installed the system we were happy to have a positive experience with Torry. We had our home tested for radon when we purchased it, but the home inspector we used never told us that the level can fluctuate depending on the time of year and weather. We were getting levels of around 6 in the master bedroom. We called and Tory gave us a quote and had our system installed within a week or so. Our levels are now below 1! Highly recommend. Very reasonable price.

Torry Dorsey was hired to install a radon mitigation system in a home with extremely high radon levels. It was a complicated job due to the condition/structure of the basement floor. Two other companies declined the job because of the work required. Torry took on the job without any concerns. He was very knowledgeable, professional and reliable. Once the job was completed, he ran another test and the radon levels were below the recommended threshold. I highly recommend Home Technology Inspections! I forgot to mention his prices are very reasonable, too!

He was able to test within a week of me calling him and was able to complete the installation in a few hours within two weeks of our testing results.outstanding! The system has solved our radon issue and his pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend he services to anyone with radon issues. Get tested because you probably could use remediation.don't trust the basic canister test done once with a home inspection!

We recently used the services of Home Technology Inspections to mitigate high radon levels in our house. Torry did an excellent job reducing the levels to a negligible amount. He was prompt, courteous and professional. The cost was very fair. The work was a bit tricky due to limited access to the attic, but he managed to get the job done. We highly recommend this business.

Torry was great to work with. Selling a house is stressful but finding out you have a high level of radon and could potentially lose our buyer was even more so. Our buyers were in a hurry to close and wanted us to install a radon mitigation system before closing. I contacted several companies and were told it could be at least a month to just come and give us an estimate.
I explained my situation to Torry and after calling him on Monday he rearranged his schedule and came on Friday. He was responsive to all my questions and concerns.
