Our average lead time is 4-6 weeks in North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, South Carolina and Georgia. In Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia our lead times average 6-8 weeks.

Every structure we build is custom built to each customer's installation site, project size requirements and specifications. If you are unsure which structure to start with, you can simply start from scratch using our 3D Design Tool. Give it a try! We have two roof choices! Depending on your budget, intended use of your structure and where your structure will be installed - you could make a risky mistake if you choose the wrong one!
For the fastest assistance, please contact our scheduling department to check the current status of your installation. Depending on where your order is in the scheduling process, your scheduler will be able to give you a estimated time-frame. We are unable to schedule an exact date until 2-5 days prior to your installation crew showing up on-site.

This company is all of the above. Poor Values Not Professional and Not responsive to new customers. The sales person I dealt with name is Andrian Ruiz (Mr. Carport). He was very attentive until he received my deposit on the building. After that he would not answer or return my phone calls. I then called Custom built structures and now I receive the run around. I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company at all.

Very detailed, and very informative. We were interested in a metal building for a two car garage and heard about Custom Built Structures from a neighbor. We contacted Mickey Hayes per our neighbor and he was very professional and informative. We let him know exactly what we were wanted in the building and he drew a sketch of what we explained and sent it to us.
We liked the sketch and agreed on a building that fit the drawing. Mickey was very patient with us and went over the financial portion of the building with us and we like what we heard and agreed to the terms. Once everything was taken care of and agreed to from the financial portion about a couple of weeks later the metal building was erected within a day and a half and we were very pleased with the building and how quickly it was completed. We received a lot of compliments from our neighbors on the building and would 100% recommend Custom Built Structures to anyone looking for a metal building.

When most places were unable to get a carport of our size delivered in a timely manner, Custom Built Structures came through. Our experience with the builder was as expected, however, our experience with the installers was exemplary. Angel's Installations went above and beyond. We didn't have the whole area as level as expected and I was a little panicked about what we could do on such short notice. Angel walked me through a bunch of options helped me decide which would be best for my needs and was able to start installation that day.
Unfortunately he was not able to finish on that day, but instead of putting it off he and his team were back bright and early on Saturday even though they don't get paid extra for weekend work. We were so impressed and happy with the end result. Their attention to detail was amazing. Every screw was in place, not over tightened and the end building was square and level. We would definitely use them again.
