Capital City Construction, Inc. was founded in 1986 in Bismarck ND and incorporated in1987. The home office staff consists of four estimators/project managers, a field manager, an accounting manager, a payroll/human resources manager, an accounting clerk, and an administrative assistant. Field operations are directed by one of fifteen superintendents.
