Tavia Galvin is the best and we felt extremely lucky to have found her. The first time we met she gave us a tour and walked us through the entire process for buying our first home. She helped every step of the way in helping us to find a lender, inspector, and finishing out our closing. She always had our best interests in mind and we are so grateful for Tavia! Had a great experience purchasing our home with this office; however, when a few hiccups occurred with the contract after closing the agency offered no support. It has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

My wife and I had an incredible experience working with Kate Otto out of this office. But first let me mention that the physical office is gorgeous. They did an incredible job refurbishing an old building in Olde Town Arvada. More importantly though, Kate and everyone on her team was amazing to work with. Her depth of knowledge was phenomenal and when we ran into a couple of small problems with the seller, it was great to have the full RE/MAX office behind us. As stressful as buying a house is, we will do it again to work with Kate and her team.

Adam Maxey and Karen Nichols, Of the Nichols Group, listed my house this past year. They were professional, prompt, and courteous. Their communication was spectacular. Each time I would speak with Adam, he would follow up our phone call with a email detailing our conversation. Adam is obviously a junior at this company, who promises a lot and has ZERO follow through. He worked for the sellers in a real estate deal in which I was the buyer. In order to get the deal done, Adam promised to remove old paint from the garage, take away all the garbage and kids toys from the side of the house. Remove the sign and fill in the hole in the yard, take the lock box off the front door. We have been in the house for a week and Adam has done nothing!
