RoofTech Consultants, Inc. is a small business concern, which has specialized solely in the area of roofing, waterproofing and damproofing since 1984. Over the 38 years of continuous operation, our firm has provided survey, design, and investigation services for much of the Front Range of Colorado and 14 states. The firm's President, Mr. Scott, has a background in building construction research and development. As a result, we also offer specialized building envelope analysis and modeling services.
Services
The firm has extensive history working on Department of Corrections projects. This project occurs at a medium/maximum security prison. The roofing on all 15 buildings in the complex are being removed and replaced with new asphalt Built-Up Roofing. The work is complicated by the required security needed in a prison environment.
