Critical: Professionalism Construction behind Newton Middle School (Arapahoe County) started at 4:30 AM today. The Industrial noise of the trucks and their activities was well above 75 db, as it shook my family out of our beds. This activity is clearly in violation of the Colorado Noise Statute 25-12-103 (maximum permissible noise levels 7 pm to 7 am).

If you need a job they are always hiring. Not a good company to work for unless ur a foreman, manager, or superindenent. The leadership is selfish, lazy, and think they are better than the workers that make them money. Ill give one example of my experience with their management. I showed up at 630 am to work after taking the bus. Work does not start until 700 am.
I went to sit in the lobby of the safety office to keep warm until work started. It was 20 degrees outside. I was told that I was not allowed to wait in the lobby and I had to stand for 30 minutes in the freezing cold before work started. This incident shows to me how little this company and its management team really care for their workers.

I am reviewing this company as they have renovated my classroom this summer. First, the counter on the island started to come off within days of them installing it. Next, the cabinet they put on the wall fell off when I opened the cabinet door. The cabinet almost fell on top of me, but I was able to hold it up for a split second while jumping out of the way. Had a student opened the cupboard they would have been squished.
The work the did was hurried and incomplete. This work was being done on a school and should have been done much better. It makes me question their integrity to have chosen to rush through such a contract. Lastly, they have installed cabinets and closets with locks on them. We have been waiting for months to get out keys to the cabinets and have not even heard a response as to when we will get them. Work was complete over a month ago and we have yet to get keys. I am disappointed in their work and communication overall.
