What We Do Report

EDiS' services have grown much like we have grown from a masonry trade contractor in 1908 to a construction manager in the 1970s. Most organizations build, renovate, or add to their facilities to solve an organizational challenge. Many organizations have recognized the diversions that capital projects can create when they do not have full-time, in-house construction staff.

If there is one word to sum up the EDiS approach to preconstruction, both working with the design team as they shape the project and to quality assurance throughout design, it is proactivity. We do not wait for the project challenges or potential quality issues to come to us, instead we proactively go out and hunt down those challenges and wipe them out before they exist.

Very disappointed with how EDiS has handled the development of the Pilot School property, and the manner in which they destroyed trees and trails against the wishes of their customer, as well as threw trash and debris into the woods adjacent to the project site.
