Campbell Cabinet

Not particularly a great experience. Sales reps were not helpful, endless confusing emails, ten different copies of invoices with varying prices, misinformation, rude replies, I wish I would've gone elsewhere. I was told their prices were higher because of great customer service when it was the opposite. Short rude answers, I felt like an inconvenience. Would not recommend.

Amazing customer service and top quality products! Would recommend to anyone needing cabinets for new home construction or renovations.

After a consultation and designing our kitchen, pantry, Laundry and master bath and delivering a 50% deposit we were promised a delivery date of 12-15 weeks. At week 7 or 8 we called for an update and were rudely told that our cabinets would be delivered when we were originally told they would be delivered. At we 12 we received a phone call from our sales rep stating that our cabinets would not be ready for another 5-6 months. Terrible customer service! Failure to deliver as promised! Delayed completion of our new home by months due to their lack of accountability!

We ordered cabinets for our home on August 12,2021 with Campbell Cabinets. We inquired about the ship date prior to ordering. We were informed that the shipping would take 6 weeks. When 10 weeks had passed from the order date, we inquired about the ship date from our contractor. Per the conversation our contractor had with Campbell, we were informed of a ship date of November 28th.

When this date passed, we reached out to Tracy with Campbell. We were told the first week of December the cabinets would ship. We then reached out for a third time to Tracy, we were told they were completed and Norcraft would be sending our cabinets out on the next two trucks and if we attempted to cancel our order we would be charged in full. I personally reached out to Norcraft following this email exchange with Campbell and was informed by Bill at Norcraft that our cabinets are not completed and would not ship out until January 17, 2022.

This would be 24 weeks in total from when we ordered the cabinets. Tracy from Campbell has not been transparent with us and has misinformed us several times. This has delayed our construction for over 3 months. I would not recommend this company. The communication is misleading.

Really enjoy our new cabinets from Campbell Cabinets. Our custom color came out perfect and quality of the cabinets is awesome! Mr Tom Moss, salesman, was a HUGE help with layout and details. Do not hesitate to purchase your cabinets from Mr Tom and Campbell Cabinets!

Designing and building a home is certainly one of the most stressful events we have ever gone through. From the very beginning Cambell Cabinets assisted with the layout and design, pointed out MANY design features, and more importantly potential pitfalls, all while being respectful of our budget. Campbell worked with our builder on measurements, instal and regular follow up (even post construction).

We compared many other cabinet companies. Cambell not only offered the best value, but they stick by their work with an incredible lifetime warranty. They are truly vested in the entire process and we could not be happier with our dream kitchen.

These guys are beyond professional. Took care of us throughout the process, reminding us of important details, adding or removing elements multiple times, and following up multiple times to make sure we were completely satisfied. It's rare to find such diligent customer service, so I was thoroughly impressed with both Campbell and BJ who handled our project. You won't be disappointed!

I am hoping that this company will do the right thing once it comes time to take responsibility. 1. Vanity ordered with drawers on wrong side. 2. Doors on vanity were installed but 2 different sides. 3. Door was replaced but replaced with different color 4. Drawings on elevations reflected no fake front on vanity, but ordered with fake front 5. Bar cabinet door different style ordered 6. Drawer on island different style ordered 7. Cracks in vanity 8. Measurements off and caused obvious unpleasing cosmetic effects 9. Hood quoted at 980 c f m throughout selection process.

Final documents to sign off on reflect 660 c f m never mentioning this error and still charging the same price. 10. Rushed to sign final documents before the year ended for commission I suppose with 2 major changes. Did not take time with customer to discuss the consequence of a change made by her choice.

We just moved into our new home and we used Campbell Cabinets for all of the cabinets in the house. We chose Campbell because of their great reputation for customer service and because of the extensive offerings of different cabinet brands. With B.J.'s help we were able to get the look we wanted and stay within our budget. He was very attentive and made suggestions for "little touches" that we hadn't even thought about.

We walked away very confident that our design would be everything we were hoping for. We are very happy with our decision to use Campbell Cabinets! We have received so many compliments on our kitchen and pantry.

We just completed a full kitchen renovation and our experience working with Campbell Cabinet Co. was terrific! Tracy Shollmier was our designer through this process. She was very knowledgeable and explained the differences between the styles of cabinets, the choices of materials and the manufacturers. When we decided to make changes to our original choices, she was patient, answered all our questions and gave us advice that would work with our design and layout.

She never hesitated to rework our design and send us revised drawings. Tracy was always responsive, professional, and friendly which helped us feel comfortable making such major decisions during the planning phase of our renovation.
