An accessory dwelling unit (ADU) - also known as a backyard house, guest house, or casita - is a small home that can be constructed alongside a larger, single-family home on the same lot or as a part of a community development. ADUs are standalone residences that contain a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.
Genesis Homes' can be built to meet the specifications of Fannie Mae's MH Advantage financing program. MH Advantage offers conventional financing terms for manufactured homes with features similar to those available of site-built homes. Pairing our affordable, high-quality Genesis homes with MH Advantage will offer buyers beautiful designs, popular finishes, a seamless buying process, and financing terms they expect for a new site-built home. To be eligible for Fannie Mae's MH Advantage financing, a home needs to meet some construction and installation requirements.

I have worked alongside Genesis Homes for the past year and they have always provided quality homes at affordable pricing. During the pandemic, many of their employees went above and beyond their call of duty to work over time to ensure homes were getting completed, even with the shortage of supplies due to the pandemic. They do really care of their clients and it shows in their craftsmanship of their homes.
