Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) is a full-service employee owned commercial general contractor that has been active in the Colorado Front Range construction market since 1977. Our construction volume represents a good balance of negotiated (CM/GC) and hard bid projects. Our competitive standing in the hard bid market provides current market costs and trends and guarantees competitive budgets.
At Golden Triangle Construction, we put more than 40 years of experience to work on your project during the design, pre-construction and construction phases. Our proven ability to manage costs, schedules and quality ensures that you end up with a product that meets all your expectations. At GTC, we prefer to emphasize our preconstruction services.
Here at GTC, our commitment to your project is important to us. So much so, that on each and every project GTC manages, we will have a corporate stockholder directly involved in your project. This is to ensure issues are resolved effectively and that the project is being managed properly. Each principal assigned to your project will see the project through from pre-construction and design through warranty closeout.
The Outreach Program is designed to connect GTC with our community, and connect our community with GTC. We do this through Education, Championship, and Philanthropy. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics indicates that over 800,000 new personnel will be needed to fill spots in the construction industry nationwide, through 2028.

Not sure how good they are in construction but their employees are aggressive and dangerous drivers. I had one of their pickups tailgate me on I 25 South Express Lane on Nov 11 at 0615 am doing 75 with less than a car length between us. He then passed me goint 85+ and cut me off in the front by less than a car length. Colorado Fleet Plate 436 XBP
