For over a year now (at least) this shameful company has been leaving the roads it resurfaces covered in excessive amounts of debris that cracks windshields and damages cars. The company refers drivers to their insurance company, which denies claims citing "normal road hazard" and that the road was cleared by ALDOT and therefore they are not liable. Dozens of chips in a windshield and in paint occurring over traveling on I-65 for ten minutes or so is not a "normal road hazard." WKRG has covered this story, sharing the experiences of frustrated drivers at least twice in the past year, yet nothing seems to be done to correct the situation.

This company is a disgrace. They routinely create hazardous road conditions that damage vehicles to the point of negligence. Local news channels have reported all of this after many complaints from citizens, yet the company continues to leave rocks and gravel all over our highways. Large amounts of gravel and rocks all over the interstate for miles and miles is not acceptable.

Thanks to HO Weaver my brand new car was left with paint chips and dozens of chips in the windshield. Their insurance company, Turner First, is no better. Their claims form is extremely vague and complicated. It is obviously designed to make it extremely easy to deny claims. No one at Turner First will answer the phone or return calls. The AL DOT should not be doing business with this company.

I've lost three windshields due to their work. They should be shut down, someone could have been killed! Worthless!

Should probably learn how to use a broom correctly. Ridiculous amount of debris getting thrown around on the interstate. Work that is so bad your making John G Walton look good.

On windshield #4 thanks to this company. They do NOT clean up work sites properly. They have denied all claims that have been submitted. They have their FB on lock down so no one can comment about it. By far the worst company ever!

Horrible WORK ON our Roadways. HO WEAVER DID work on the I65 North and South in Mobile, Alabama. Several individuals (in the hundreds) made claims against this company due to the Damage to vehicles during the time HO Weaver did the repaving project and ALL were denied including mine. I actually feel sorry for people that drive Rangeline Road as HO Weaver is doing work on this road as well.

Expect Damage to your Vehicles. It is sad that Business like HO Weaver that has been in business as long as they have does such sloppy work, I wonder how they stay in business.

Hosea weavers drivers dumped gravel in a "round about" causing me to crash my motorcycle. The bike was totalled. The incident cost me about 3500 dollars. They acted like children. Lied in small claims court. Had 3 different lawyers on the case. Got rid of their safety officer probably because they were the worst safety wise. Now their causing problems on ALDOT's dime. Wonderful. Hope they finally get what they deserve. Oh yah. The Brookley Field Airport Authority is no better. I gave them the chance the make it right also.

They don't keep the project clean. I have broken my windshield twice driving by their I-65 project. I tried to file a claim but they refuse to answer my calls and messages. Their insurance company (TRIBCO) told me they are currently refusing all claims and to forget about it. I am told they Have 1200 (so far) similar claims and are rejecting them all.

I would rate them a '0' if it was a choice. This Co. Is more concerned about cutting corners than in quality, safe roads. They also are heartless when it comes to employees. No matter how long they work, they only get one week payed vacation. 40 years = one week

My experience with H.O. Weaver was quite accidental and quite unpleasant: while stopped at a light, I was rear-ended by one of their truck drivers. As I tried to pull over, the driver pushed past before I had gotten out of the thoroughfare and collided with my bumper a second time, the driver apparently not even noticing that there had been a collision and that a car was still in her path. Accidents happen.

The real problem I have with them was that when questioned by the police and insurance adjusters, the driver claimed that she wasn't moving, and the (double) rear-ending was actually caused by my car backing into her truck! I can't speak to the rest of their business, but they've already made it clear that they condone dishonesty and can't accept responsibility for their own actions. I could not recommend dealing with them.
