Bi-State Pool & Spa began in 1994 out of the home of company president Rick Woemmel's house. In 1996 after growing to 100 staff members we moved our company to Bridgeton. At that point, our business model only involved servicing pools and providing lifeguard services. However, when we started building pools in 1999 we knew that we would need to expand once again to better serve our customers.
The Bi-State Pool & Spa team is made of many individuals whose passion for pools and spas transcends beyond just building an average backyard. Bi-state is top notch when it comes to the end to end process of pool installation. Everyone in the company that I've met is very friendly, courteous and works to make sure you are happy as a customer. My pool installation has been a long process due to covid supply chain shortages, but Bi-State kept me up to date through the entire process and delivered the product when they promised. Adam, Jim, Zach, Matt, David.everyone I've worked with has been tremendous. Highly recommend Bi-State Pools.

We did not have a positive experience with Bi State. We called them on 5/20/20 because our hot tub was leaking. They explained that a diagnostic visit would be $135 which we agreed to. The tech came on 6/4 and said we had a jet leaking and it would be $192 to replace. We agreed and they did the work on 7/2. A few days later we called again because it was still leaking.
A tech came back and told us we also had a pump that was leaking and it would be $390 to fix. At this point we were getting frustrated by the time and money but we agreed again to the repairs. The pump was replaced on 8/4. And a few days later it was still leaking. I called and spoke with a manager who told me they should have been more upfront during the diagnosis that replacing different parts may not fix the issue.
I told him I was frustrated because we were now 3 months and $700 into this and were no better off than when we started. He told me he would send someone out again and see what they could do. The tech came back and we received an email that we needed another pump replaced and it would be another $400 and that they would not guarantee this would stop the leaking. That is the last we have heard from them. We have decided to move on to a different company for future service on our hot tub and pool.

This is a great company. I had pool light issues with another company. I was able to get Bi State out in one day and they replaced my light. The techs were awesome, respectful and efficient. The price was lower than the competition. I would highly recommend Bi State! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Look no further. Bi-State Pool is a quality pool company. Chris, John and Jared installed a new liner for our inground pool, painted the coping and resolved some other issues that we were experiencing in record time with professionalism, competence, and friendliness. We enjoyed working with Bi-State and will continue to do so in the future. Our pool looks beautiful!

I highly recommend Bi-State. Over the past couple years, we've trusted them with several projects, ranging from opening/closings, to leak detection tests, to new equipment, and most recently, a liner replacement. Each time the level of service and communication has exceeded our expectations. They take time to answer questions and review your options. Nathan, Kristy, Joe, and Chris are awesome to work with. Bi-State is awesome. They started on our pool end of last December. And with a mild winter, they were able to finish in March. Adam, the project leader, kept us well informed the entire time. The workers were very professional.all messes were cleaned up. The price was very reasonable. And the finished product is terrific. Our in ground 18x36 ft vinyl lined pool with water feature has been so much fun for our whole family. For some reason I can't find a pic of the entire thing, but I posted some partials.
