Since 1987, I have striven to bring imaginative design to residential, healthcare, and commercial clients. I create new and renovated spaces that relate to the outdoors, readily serve their purpose, and are enjoyable to live, work, or play in. I balance innovation with a response to the site and its context of landscape or other buildings.
Today, a renewed understanding and greater awareness of the significance of our interaction with the natural environment is increasing our focus on building responsibly and sustainably. As an architect, Bruce Richey has spent over 30 years designing both commercial buildings and residences with sustainable and energy-conserving strategies.
Mr. Richey has over thirty years diversified design experience in healthcare facilities, office buildings, educational, institutional, commercial and residential projects. Mr. Richey has been recognized with local, regional and national awards for his design work. His "team approach" to fulfilling the client's program requirements includes the collaboration of engineering and other selected consultants at the earliest phases of the design process.All projects are developed using computer-aided design and drafting to model conceptual designs and produce construction documents.
