Living in Sierra Vista allows us to provide detailed attention to our customers' needs and wishes. As a locally owned small business, we use an independent engineering company to ensure that our houses are the best quality.
We also employ an in-house draftsperson, which gives us the capability to offer options unique to your housing needs and unparalleled flexibility during the building process.

We purchased a new home from RL Workman. The quality of the interior work was poor, necessitating numerous visits for repairs. For example, there was no cable connection, the drywall had numerous defects, the millwork was split and dented in many locations, there were paint smears on the floors, and the ironwork on the fence was (and is) rusted. As another reviewer noted, the work shows every sign of being rushed and inadequately supervised.
Although they returned to effect repairs, it still does not look like a new house. They are also refusing to repair the ironwork on the fence because it predated the house; however, the warranty includes no such exclusion.

Literally 0 help with any communication and 0 help willing to try to even get an estimate, expect them to come out and fill you will hope they will do something but then you should expect them to ghost you if your job isn't up to their price expectation and never even receive your estimate even AFTER you have contacted them over and over again!

Wrote a contract to build a house in Kings Ranch, Hereford, AZ late July 2019. Seven months later and countless lies by Realtors of Long Realty representing the builder not a shred of work done on the building site despite $8,000 of earnest money. The home design was the builders. RL Workman is purported be one of the top builders in Cochise County.
For us RL Workman is a builder that doesn't want to build houses, rather just tie up your money and lie to you. Don't trust a single word from any Realtor from Long Realty Company. Caveat Emptor

We tried to work with RL Workman to custom build a home for us. We did so because they told us that we would only need to pay $3,000 upfront plus 10% of the options we selected. Then after RL Workman had bought the land and built the house we would buy it from them with a normal mortgage. Then they changed their story to wanting at least 20% before we started. They went from $5,000 to $80,000 and were very caviler about it. Felt very dishonest to me.
