We enjoyed the beginning phases of our project. The organization and planning through the start of our home building process was great. We're happy with our home and everything came as planned and desired. Construction phase was more frustrating because there was a lack of communication. We wish there was more communication on each step of contraction as there was in the beginning (floor plan, finanacrs etc.)

Had a great experience working with the Tri point personnel, from sales to all the construction people. Worked well with all our wants and needs. It's been a great working relationship. Thanks to everyone.

We had a house fire in February and lost our entire life. We reached out the Tripoint homes and they have been amazing from day 1. They have held our hands and walked with us through the process of building and getting us into our us home. Thank u Tripoint! We could not have done it without you!

Don't even think about coming here. They'll rope with you in with the idea of an affordable house. By the time you're done with the high pressure sales tactics, bad financial advice, and you've given them a deposit to start the project, everything changes. If you get any communication from them, it's bad news, and you HAVE to come into a last minute urgent meeting with "crazy Bob".

Every time we met, the price of the house went up. They will find any reason to charge you more. Your what you thought to be affordable house is now going to cost over a quarter of a million dollars and worth significantly less. Do yourself a favor, as with any purchase, and shop around! There are other builders in the area that provide higher quality homes with better prices. I do genuinely believe this places makes a bulk of their money off the deposits of failed projects.

This team knows what they are doing; and they make sure you know that they will work with you to get you in a home. So totally easy to work with. They take care of absolutely everything! When I first went to tri-point I thought I could only afford a trailer as a first time home-buyer. But they showed me that I could afford a modular home which is what I always wanted. They were very kind and patient and helpful to me with my unique circumstances as I had an unconventional loan. I get many compliments on my home and I'm very happy with the results. I would recommend them and already have.
