Our knowledge of dental office operations results in an understanding of dental office design, function, and construction. To put it simply, "we speak the language". We know who to engage to form a team that will get it right. Many of our clients prefer that we provide full DESIGN/BUILD services. When the architect, engineers, designer, equipment provider and contractor are all in place from start to finish, the result is a better product, a more functional office, a shorter construction schedule, and a lower cost.

In 1975, Norman Chambliss and Jim Rabil formed Chambliss & Rabil Contractors in Rocky Mount, N.C. Rocky Mount was a thriving business and banking hub. Being sons of building contractors, we were able to slowly grow our company into an experienced and competitive contracting firm. We initially built houses.
Our first project when we opened our doors in 1975 was a dental office. After completing more than 125 healthcare-related projects, including over 100 dental office projects and more than 25 facilities for the eye care industry, we're considered specialists in the detail-driven field of healthcare construction.
