When I talked to you today for the second time in a month, you were nothing but rude, condescending, interrupted and cut me off when I was asking very simple questions to me.not sure if it was because I am a woman asking questions or if that's how you talk to people. BUT YOU ARE A DICK AND SOOOO FUCKIING FULL OF YOURSELF!

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU! I WILL ALSO CONTACT THE BUILDER ABOUT YOU! I have been is customer service/sales as long as you. I would NEVER talk to someone the way you did me. CHECK YOURSELF. you put your pants on the same as everyone else and you LOST yourself a sale today!

My husband and I just bought our home from Jerry's Homes and we couldn't be happier! From the very beginning they were very responsive and helpful in answering all of our questions. Our home was completed on time and everyone we worked with was kind and made themselves available for any questions we had. Touch ups before closing were done and everything was perfect on closing day. We would recommend Jerry's Homes to all our family and friends!

I bought a new home from Jerry's Homes. Before closing they fixed many things not completed. There were I few things I didn't care for the gutters and facia being two different colors. Overall I had a good experience with them. The home is beautiful. Thank you. Service: Luxury home building

Jerry's built a home for us. Once we were done with our selections meeting, it all went downhill. I do not believe it is all Jerry's fault however, they are the builder and the only contact we had available to us was via their realtor, Dawn Edwards. Communication was less than desirable and everytime an issue was presented to her, she responded with nothing but a crass attitude.

When I spend the kind of money that we spent building this house, I deserve the best respect; and I never felt respected. We feel as though we were less important to Jerry's and Dawn Edwards because once we signed the purchase agreement, they knew that we knew we could not back out. I have waited to write this review for over a month waiting for my view of the company and/or Dawn Edwards to change.

It has not. When I see the pomp and circumstance that Jerry's (Dawn Edwards) provides to the buyers of the spec homes she has sold behind us and across the street, I'm saddened. We didn't get that and yet we spent more than these spec homes cost. We were a BTO (Build To Order) home. We would be treated better than we were. I will add that Jerry's has been extremely responsive to items needing addressed; we had a gas leak to the water heater, a breaker that popped whenever microwave was used and the radon vent pipe was leaking condensation from the joints.

All were fixed immediately. We are still waiting on our garage doors(currently have construction doors which I'm sure our neighbors think we're crazy as they are multiple colors). Our doors are supposed to be here on Wednesday, 2/9 and waiting on correct bathroom fixtures one one bathroom. We are also extremely happy with our home! It is beautiful and exactly what our large family needed. We chose Jerry's because we knew they built quality homes using quality material. Update 1/16/2022: Jerry's Homes has remediated most of the concerns/issues we have encountered since moving into the new home such as sending out someone to replace many burnt out bulbs. Jerry's Homes was wonderful to work with. Our home has great features and quality finishes at a great value! We certainly will work with them in the future. The customer service was top tier and every interaction with them was friendly and assuring!

Pros: Affordable and easy to work with. No major issues thus far. Cons: I was pretty disappointed with the level of craftsmanship/care. During the building process the builders left the sprinkler on with the back door open soaking the inside of the mostly finished interior. There was so much water it leaked through to the basement. We were pretty irate when we found out but Jerry's brushed it off as a non issue.

I was also very unimpressed with the touch ups/repairs they were asked to make after our initial walkthrough. To be blunt, it was lazy work. It's been 6 months and there are still some repairs we're waiting on. As mentioned, we haven't encountered any major issues with the house but there have been many minor ones. I'm summary, could be better, could be worse. We still love our home.

This review is mostly focused on Jerry's Homes so called 12-5-10 Warranty that comes with every house, that they advertise extensively. After living in our Jerry's Homes built house for 5 years, we decided to expand the original deck and enhance our backyard area. We used a different contractor for this job and the attached pictures show the deck immediately prior to removal and the extreme rot that was found once the deck was removed.

This rot was accumulated in the 5 years my family has lived in our home, which is not a long time at all. Our contractor could not continue their job with the obvious rot that was in the plywood, and for additional cost ($290) they completely removed the molded plywood and replaced the rotted section. After being made aware of the rot, I filed a warranty request with Jerry's Homes.

In their follow-up they requested additional information and more pictures of the siding and flashing. While I can understand wanting more pictures, no one could have predicted such extreme rot in a 5 year old home. In the end, Jerry's Home informed me that it should not cost $290 to replace the rotted section, their policy doesn't allow them to reimburse homeowners, I should have postponed my project until Jerry's Homes got a chance to review the problem first, and they couldn't do anything for me.

I was extremely disappointed in the lack of responsibility and acknowledgement from a builder that prides itself on "quality". The price I paid to have this problem fixed and thankfully caught PRIOR to having water damage inside my home was insignificant to me and I simply expected much better accountability. While my family loves our home, I have ZERO faith Jerry's Homes gives a single care about the product they built.

Used them to custom build our home. The design team was fantastic. All went down hill from there. I recommend to hire a home inspector after they build. The inspector found several exposed nails in the roof from improper install and pump jack holes left unsealed. (Black Jacked) The deck is terrible. Large splinters in wood and railing is very loose and unsafe.(Not repaired) Grout was cracked in tile shower 1 month after move in. (Not repaired) Leaking faucets in bathrooms which took 3 trips to repair and they decided to just caulk everything under the faucet?

Hope we never have to replace. You can see nail holes in the trim through out the entire house!(Not repaired) Didn't texture wall in pantry in a small spot. It was still painted over and the said they would fix but wouldn't paint it which makes no sense. (They still haven't fixed) The foundation has paint coming off in several spots and they refuse to fix.(Not repaired) Mike in Maintenace said: "well they don't clean very well before painting which is why the paint is coming off".

They why even paint at all? Mike was very unprofessional and made us feel as we were an inconvenience every time he came by. Windows were leaking air in the winter. So bad we couldn't sit next to them. Mike said: "Well that is the way the windows are made, nothing can be done". We called window manufacturer and they came out and fixed immediately.

They recommended to not call Jerrys because they don't care. Calcium spot in driveway creating a deep corrosion in concrete. (Not repaired) They most infuriating comment by Mike to my wife and I was: (You just have to high of expectations). Unbelievable! Then remove the second page of your manual stating (Exceeding expectations) I'm sure I am forgetting a lot of other things but Jerrys obviously doesn't care about there customers so why mention them.

I called and left a message for the general manager Adam and still haven't received a response. This company only cares about quantity built, not quality. STAY AWAY! Response to owner response: You have not exceeded expectations and I did call you before writing this review and left a message to hopefully resolve these issues and have had no response from anyone at your company.

With your poor communication I only know of a work order to fix the concrete and texture the pantry (not paint) that were supposedly opened months ago? Everything else mentioned you are blowing off! I posted pictures so everyone can see the horrible job!

Overall Jerry's built a very nice home for our family. The finished product met our expectations and we are excited to be in such a nice home! Communication with the builders throughout the entire project was frustrating and our only complaint. They are a big company and we didn't ever feel like they valued communicating with us. Getting in touch with someone from their team for updates and to communicate what was going on during the building process was always a challenge.
