Insurance Report

Please ensure your company meets our minimum insurance requirements prior to bidding. Subcontractor is required to carry specified minimum limits of General Liability, Automobile Insurance and Workers Compensation insurance. Owner and Primax Construction are to be listed as additionally insured on primary, non-contributory basis. Please see full requirements through our plan room. Cost of insurance is the subcontractor's responsibility.

Primax Construction is licensed in 45 states, which includes states that do not require a General Contractors License. States that are dark gray are states that we are not currently licensed in, but can obtain a license if needed for your project.
