Dry- Pro Basement Systems

Oscar, Antonio, and Tyler did a great job encapsulating my crawl space. Every square inch of the floor and block walls are covered in thick plastic. They did a neat and professional job.

Dry Pro performed a full crawlspace encapsulation with dehumidifier! They were always on time, called ahead to inform me of how far out they were, they were very polite, professional, thorough, & explained everything in detail, from start to finish! We had 6 different companies to come out and give us an estimate. Dry Pro was the Only company that actually sat down with me and showed me pictures of under our home, gave a detailed explanation of what they would recommend and the steps that would be taken, to do a thorough job. Stephen is the one that came out for the estimate and was very polite.

He was not your typical pushy salesperson. He gave me a price that included a few things that were suggested but He did not try to upsale me on the items that I did not want. I was able to adjust the project to accommodate what we wanted and what we were comfortable paying. They even adjusted the price to come closer to another competitor, even though they were using more efficient material and including their own electrical connection, which the other companies were not. Daniel, Oscar & Antonio showed up on time to begin the job and were all smiles and accommodating to my time frame.

They jumped right in the project and completed everything in a very timely manner. They cleaned everything up before they left and Daniel went over the dehumidifier details with me and made sure that I was satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend this company! We look forward to being lifetime customers!

EDIT: After we had an issue with our sump pump during todays rain, I had to crawl under the house to see what the issue was. It turns out that after our annual maintenance, LAST FRIDAY, the tech had wrapped the power cord for the pump around the float for the sump pump. During the rain today, the sump tank filled with water, and it took two times of crawling under the house to resolve.

During the crawl under the house, I realized that the techs who installed the below described support system, did not properly reseal the crawl space to make sure the integrity of the encapsulation was in tact. Further, they were supposed to remove wooden supports that had previously been installed as a temporary fix. This was not done. In fact, they cut some of the posts for the wooden beam, piled up some dirt, and placed the previous cinderblock underneath the posts, two of which didn't touch.

We have spent upwards of $30,000 with drypro and we have gotten the run around thus far with how the county inspection was to be done. It's my hope at the time of this writing that DryPro will respond to our situation, and fix their mistakes. _________________________________________________ We used Drypro last year for our CrawlSpace encapsulation, and when we wanted to add structural support to our 1920's built home, it was a no brainer to use them again. Phillip G., Chad B, and William N, came out to do the install, and were prompt and professional.

When it came time to lift and adjust the jacks, they were patient with me as we spent a few hours to fine tune each jack to the precise position for our home, and even waited while I accomplished a short virtual work meeting. These guys were great, and I would quickly recommend them to anyone.

Cody B. and Chad R. did an amazing job. They worked hard and in a timely manner. Both were very professional and courteous. Cleaned as they went, explained everything that was involved in the structural work on my house and why. I'm totally satisfied and I would definitely recommend this company and this crew! Walt did the initial job inspection and he was also professional and answered any and all questions I had. Explained everything in detail.

From the estimate process with Justin (JJ) to the installers (Eric, Lucille, and Jose), the experience was precise and flawless. Dry Pro was professional from beginning to end. Walter introduced us to their products and services, and he was well prepared and courteous, answering our variety of questions with ease. Additionally, the team of Emely, Travis, and Dorian did great field work at our house, communicating well with us throughout the process. This is never an expense that homeowners *want* to incur, but Dry Pro definitely did everything possible to ease the pain.

Other professionals who have been under the house since our service was completed have had nothing but good things to say confirming the work done by Dry Pro. I strongly recommend them if you need your crawl space to be encapsulated.

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this case deserves one. I hired DryPro to repair my foundation and re-level a slab area in our training room. While waiting on them to start the service I invested $25,000 in repaving our parking lot. When DryPro's office called to schedule the repairs I told them NOT to bring heavy equipment onto our newly repaved parking lot. Well, that's exactly what they did causing damage. Additionally, they made a terrible mess behind our building and left piles of dirt all over the place.

They told me the work was completed and left. But, the slab is still not level and now I have damaged parking lot and piles of dirt to move. I called the office this morning and left a message for the supervisor to call me back. No calls. I emailed the supervisor. No response. I called the supervisor's cell number. Mailbox is full. I texted the supervisor. No response.

Jonathan, Marco and Terrell did a fantastic job. They removed old mildewed insulation, cleaned mold, installed new vapor barrier/dehumidifier/pump and new insulation. I had a great experience. They were on time, polite, hard working, cleaned up after themselves, and explained their work and all monitors I need to watch. Excellent

We were pleased that they were going to come a week earlier than scheduled but were concerned about the recent rains and the lawn being soft. No worries, the job was done from the driveway and no heavy equipment on the lawn. The crew with Emely as foreman were friendly, pleasant and professional. These were hard and diligent workers with accuracy and professionalism at heart. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a professional job done. When the crew was done you would not have known they had been there. It was immaculate!

We had our consultation with James and he was extremely professional and informative! Justin and Ethan installed a beam in our crawl space and did an incredible job. Many of our cracks have closed a bit and a door that stuck before no longer sticks! They both paid lots of attention to detail and were very respectful. Highly recommend!

Saviors, Doug, Corwin, Jose, Marco R, and Terell all did an amazing job! We had push piers, helical piers, floor jacks, and full encapsulation with a dehumidifier installed. Communication was perfect and everyone was on time! The work was completed within the time frame quoted. Carlos, our project adjuster was a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend their services!

My experience with Dry Pro was excellent. I noticed a large crack in my driveway and suspected water was seeping under it. Rich from Dry Pro came by and provided an assessment and estimate and on 8/16/2021 Cody Jones and Jon Kiser completed the work. They were on time, efficient, professional, answered all my questions, stayed right on budget, and were a pleasure to work with. My job was part repair and part prevention - and I am very happy to have it completed to protect my foundation and my home.

Cody and Jon got to my property on time and did an amazing job on my pool deck. They performed the poly injection method to raise my pool deck and get all the concrete level, filled all of the cracks across the entire area, pressure washed, and lastly they sprayed the entire surface with a concrete protectant/sealant. I have to say that they went above and beyond to make me happy and educate me through the entire process.

Their professionalism was top notch as well. I will put up before pictures 1st and then after ones! Now I can properly put in my pool liner and put another surface on my pool deck without having to worry about it ever sinking. So far so good! I'm always so excited when a contractor even shows up for the job. These guys came by today for part one of a two-part job; today they sealed the gaps between the slabs on my front walkway with some silicone stuff. Not much to say, they showed up on time, quietly did the work and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Looks like they did a pretty good job. Looking forward to part two in a few days, they're coming back to install a metal grate drain across the front of the driveway.

Thanks guys! --edit : They returned for the grate install, they worked their butts off all day and did a nice, clean install, routed a gutter downspout into the end of it and sealed it up very nicely, great job guys!

These guys are awesome. Cody Jones and and Jon Kiser were on-time, friendly, professional and did a fantastic job at a competitive price. I highly recommend Dry-Pro and would surely use them again.
