Tim did not show off twice for a consultation appointment he scheduled with us. He did not call to cancel or reschedule. We both are working professional parents with busy schedules to entertain this lack of professionalism in our relationships. When he did not show up we called and he had no recollection of our appointment TWICE. We have never had such an experience before. Of course, we decided to stay away from this business relationship.

We had them build a screened in porch. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add on to a house.

They designed and built our 20x20 screened porch with a fireplace and outdoor kitchen. Gorgeous ceiling and beautiful tile floor. The craftsmanship is beautiful! This is now our favorite room in our house.

I contacted Creative Renovations for a quote to install a Bi-Fold door between my living room and screened in Porch. Tim from CR, was very responsive coming to my house to look at the project and provided me a very competitive quote a day later. The project went according to schedule with Glass Depots who built the door. Tim's carpentry crew was outstanding as they quickly installed a support structure while creating a dead-air space to keep our living room comfortable, created the 9 foot space for the door, installed a manufactured beam for the span that met the engineer's specifications while Glass Depots built the door to final opening measurements.

The door installation was quick by Glass Depots and Tim's crew was out immediately to finish the trim and remove the support structure. Tim's paint team did an out standing job finishing the job on a Sunday. My Bride is ecstatic!

My husband and I highly recommend Creative Renovations! Tim and his experienced team built a screened in porch and later a lower deck for us. It has been quite a few years now, and it still looks amazing and has brought our family many hours of enjoyment outside under the trees. This past weekend as our son's wedding plans had to change, our backyard became the perfect location for an intimate family celebration where all enjoyed dining on the porch and mingling on the deck as it extends into the yard. Tim helped us design a porch and deck that is perfect our for needs and we use it ten months out of the year. Workmanship was excellent and when we had questions Tim was quick to respond and we enjoyed working with him.

Last year we selected Creative Renovations to replace our 20 year old 12' x 12' deck with a 15' x 18' screened porch and small side deck for grilling. The project went smoothly and the finished screened porch and deck turned out great. Creative Renovations was able to tie the new porch into our house so it looked like it was originally built with the house.

We also really like the open cathedral style design which allows us to easily overlook our back yard. Tim Williams, owner, was great to work with and kept us informed throughout the project. Minor issues during the project were handled to our satisfaction. From the framing, electrical, painting, and screening all the the contractors were professional, skilled, did excellent work, and maintained the work site. We would recommend you consider Creative Renovations especially if you are looking to add or replace a deck or screened porch.

Tim was a pleasure to work with and was extremely responsive throughout the whole process from start to finish. All of the contractors that worked on our porch were also very personable and worked along with us to bring our dream to life. Our porch turned out beautiful and we spend so much more time outside because of it!

They converted an open backyard patio into a screened porch. The pre-existing building made enclosure difficult. Several other contractors either refused the job or suggested unacceptable options. They created a spacious, comfortable porch, with a cathedral ceiling with skylights and a fan/light. The work was done within a reasonable period of time, and within the original estimate.

A few small issues have cropped up after completion (lumber knots "bleeding through" painted surfaces, caulk shrinkage). A call or text results in someone being sent over to address any concerns.

Tim and his team at Creative Renovations did an amazing job screening in our existing deck. This is the second we have worked with Tim, he did our porch in Cary 15 years ago and again he did not disappoint! His team of craftsmen are very talented and professional. Tim was very helpful in the design process. We are thrilled with the finished product especially our folding door! This is our favorite room in the house!

Its been several years since Tim and his team built my screen porch. This has become my favorite room in my entire house year round. The quality of this build was exceptional and working with the Creative Renovations team was without issue.
