Mike and Daryl were amazing project managers. We had several hiccups with switching designs in the beginning and they handled it with ease. They were professional, kind and hard working. I am so happy to be back in the Eagle family after straying a bit. Having built a home with them before, I understood their quality and commitment to excellence. It all began with the sales experience. Bruce and Bonnie were terrific. Extremely patient with all of my questions and concerns as we worked through the contract process. I appreciated the transparency, lack of pressure, sound advice and knowledge demonstrated. Anne from the Design Center was equally as patient and knowledgable as there were many decisions to be made. Gabe, my project manager was terrific.

He kept me updated by calling, texting and sharing photos of the home's progress. I am thrilled with my house- it is well built and beautiful. I highly recommend Eagle Construction namely for the quality and professionalism demonstrated. My pups and I look forward to enjoying many years in our new home.

Eagle built my home and I could not be more happy with the quality of workmanship. During COVID it has been very challenging with the supply chain for all builders. Eagle kept me in the loop every step of the way with great communication and rapid response once the delayed product arrived so as to get me in my new home as close to promised date. I. want to personally thank Isabelle and the project manager Wally for their great communication and professionalism every step of the process! I would recommend this builder if you a thinking of building a new home.

We are very pleased with our Eagle Home at Greengate. From our sales representative to our construction representative, the Eagle team has been a pleasure to work with. They are responsive and courteous. Any issues that we had with the house were promptly resolved and we are excited about our new home.

I bought a home from Eagle. Eagle and all its staff did an amazing job in helping me buy my new home. They were so friendly, open, supportive, and helpful. They were there to answer each and every question I had through the entire process. The bottom line- the people who work for Eagle are the reason I bought in the community I did.

We have been in our new home for about 5 months now and are truly grateful to all those involved in the purchase, planning and construction phases. Sales Consultant, Jessi May, was easy to work with, transparent and very responsive to questions along the way. Design Consultant, Anne Binns, provided direction and assistance as we chose from a large variety of options to make our home our own.

She understood what we were trying to accomplish with finish choices and worked with us to bring those ideas to completion. Sr. Project Mgr, Kenny Moore, worked with us throughout the construction phase and we could not have been happier. He addressed our questions and concerns and worked to provide the best possible result. Finally, Customer Care Technician, Corey Cotten, worked with us 90 days post move-in.

He has been friendly, professional, quick to address our needs and prompt in follow up. We love our new home. It is quality built and turned out beautifully. We absolutely would recommend Eagle Construction to build your new home.

I have been in my new Eagle home for a couple of weeks now and am loving it. From the second I put a deposit on my home through the design stage and then it actually being built, every Eagle rep I worked with was always extremely helpful and polite. They were quick to get back to me whenever I had a question. The best thing though was that I was told I would close on the house on October 28 and it happened! I recommend Eagle highly if you are looking to have a pleasant experience when building a new home.

We purchased our new home in October 2019 and the builder was Eagle Construction of Virginia. We are enjoying our home and we love the design of the home. It was warm and cozy during the winter and is cool and comfortable during the hot months. The porch is beautiful as we enjoy looking at the morning sun and the stars at night. We are very pleased with our home and get many compliments. Our concern is the lot next to us. We hope that a solution as to what is going to happen with that lot will be resolved soon. Jerry & Cora

We purchased a home in Lauradell in September of 2019. The house was completed in August 2020 as one of the first 10 houses built in the development. The entire process was unbelievably smooth. The sales team was awesome throughout the process and always available and helpful with answers to questions, updates on progress, and communications in. general.

The design team was equally helpful and available to answer questions and make suggestions in the selection process. The project manager was available and responsive to queries about the construction process and continues to be available with answers to questions about warranties and follow ups to minor issues after we moved in. We are so very pleased with the house in regards to layout and construction and with Eagle in general in regards to negotiations, allowances, communications, quality, and integrity of all individuals involved. They were able to give us what we wanted and provide what they promised and do so in a manner which was pleasant to all. They are a class act.

We have been in our new home for about two months and are so happy. The process was so much easier than I was anticipating. The team is awesome and really do what they can to make your vision a reality. I can't say enough good things about them. Come be our neighbor!

My senior parents just moved into Villas at Providence. They were out of state, so I was very involved in the process. Eagle made the process very pleasant and easy. The value and quality of the construction is very good. Mom had an electrical issue in her laundry room when the new washer was delivered and it was dealt with promptly once we got to the bottom of it. The Emory floorplan is really nice. Mom calls it her big little house. It is quite spacious with no wasted space. The garage is enormous. Highly recommend.

We just closed 3 months ago on a new house, and had a fantastic experience from the first day we met with the sales team, up until we got our keys and final walkthrough. Everyone was wonderful to work with, and we couldn't be happier with our new home!

Buying our new home through Eagle-- We have had a great experience thus far. Eagle's building seems more impressive than Ryan homes from our experience, from both a construction/product perspective as well as a sales perspective. Eagle really sets itself apart through service and communication to the customer, as well the workmanship of their product.

They made significant efforts show us where their process and product differentiate themselves, which was attractive when making the largest purchase of our lives. The sales associates never seemed pushy; while I imagine they are compensated on commission, we felt as though they wanted to help us find what was best for us.

I closed on my eagle home on the 5th of Aug 2011 and within 6mths of occupancy I have had to replace my water heater. I have had my laminate flooring redone twice. Currently I am having problems with my vinyl flooring in the kitchen. My closet door was damaged in the process of reinstalling a new heater. I have not been too happy with my home. I bought a brand new home because I did not want to deal with the kind of problems I am having. I am not happy with the quality of materials used in building the house. If iI had to do it again I would choose a different company.
