Poor communication on pick up, took 3 hrs to load 3 skids and figure out paperwork. Kind friendly staff!

Great people there, very nice facility bathroom and breakrooms are fantastic. Loaded quickly and out of there. Everything has to be tarped.

Overnight parking, fast & efficient loading, and a friendly and courteous staff - what more could a flatbed truck driver ask for

Hit and miss with how fast you'll get loaded. Depends on how many trucks are ahead of you when you get there. Overall they work hard to get you loaded and back on the road. Now the new tarping station, that is becoming a big swing and a miss. Understand that the bay it was put in has become a storage area keeping it from being used. Hopefully this can be resolved before snow flies and drivers are climbing all over the roll up doors and the slippery plastic making for dangerous conditions and damaged products.

I typically read the reviews of anyplace I'm going to load/offload, but I didn't take the time. My appointment to load was 06:00, and when I pulled in at 05:41, I was greeted, asked my destination, then told where to park. In about an hour (which was a miracle, considering the sheer number of items I was picking up, and the fact that most were loaded by hand), I was strapping down to tarp.

Everyone was polite, professional, and FAST. My one caveat: there were soft items in my load, which created voids on top, welcoming the chance to fall, or twist/break a leg, possibly worse. At the very least, a forklift attachment, which pulls the tarps over the load, to prevent the need for anyone to be on top of it, would place Trachte Building Systems into my MOST favorite places to load. Overall, a VERY good experience!

Excellent place to load if you are a trucker! They allowed me to park overnight and then began loading me while I was still asleep the next morning. I was strapped, tarped and rolling out the gate by 7:30 am Thank you Trachte, Melton Truck Lines appreciates your business!

We've purchased 2 other storage buildings from 2 different companies in the past. they were ok / mediocre with regards to overall engineering as well as fit and finish. our friend and excavator decided to throw his hat into the ring and bought property, then chose Trachte as his supplier for his 2 new buildings last fall. we were so impressed with how the entire process went for him. from ordering thru completion, his satisfaction was relayed to us and after we saw the completed structures, we knew our next building would be a Trachte. our project was smooth from start to finish from the folks at Trachte and we recieved alot of great and helpful input from Rick Jannsen. great communication from Gina for the shipping and an overall quality product from Trachte that even the owner of the construction company that assembled our buildings, Dan, raves about how much better a Trachte building is compared to the competitor brands he's also assembled. we're completely satisfied with Trachte and have recommended to my wife's uncle to make his new complex a Trachte site and we'll certainly use Trachte for our 3rd building hopefully next year!

I was a temp contractor employee with this company from August 28th to December 14th of this year. My fellow employees were mostly great and went out of their way to train me to do my job efficiently, without being certified trainers. The product to my knowledge is of great quality and I have the utmost respect for this company. The issue comes to this.

I had never missed a day, never been late. In fact I was always early despite a 45 minute commute to work. I am also drug and alcohol free which I cannot say for some of the others who work there. I know this as ive witnessed the use of both during our breaks. The only thing I have going against me is I do have a criminal record. Others there had more serious charges and had been employed by Trachte for a number of years and I was told by co-workers, even by my supervisors this should not be an issue.

I proceeded to move me, my fiance, and our two children to an apartment in a town that was closer to this company as my contract was coming to its end and I was given an application to begin the hire process. With my criminal record being public, I figured Id put down a few of my most recent convictions on the application knowing the others would obviously be seen.

I had forewarned my supervisor well before the hiring offer that I had numerous charges on my record. I passed the drug screen and physical all while veteran employees of 10+ years were highly impressed with my work ethic and production rates. Never had I given anyone in this company an issue. A couple days after turning in my application I was informed they found other charges in my background check.

I once again told human resources that I had a record and it was to be no secret to those it concerned. They told me that the officials would speak on the matter and inform me through a phone call by the following Monday if I would be hired. Of course I was extremely stressed and worried but I still gave them the best I could give. I wasnt even given a phone call but instead an email and my calls were never returned.

I was disgusted that I could not rely on a company, yet they could most definitely rely on a prior law breaking individual with an old rusty car who is struggling to keep his family fed clothed and sheltered. Non of this was exaggerated and I am not disgruntled. I had my eyes on a long career with this company and had alot of interest in learning everything I could while holding the utmost respect for everyone I worked with.

The two stars are for those who worked on the floor with me. Thats giving alot of credit after being treated so unfairly and Id of understood not being hired on if what I did wasnt a stupid mistake. Id of NEVER jeopardized my career when I signed a lease in order to make my commute shorter for this place! Knowing I have children and the holidays were a little over a week away, it really speaks volumes about the hearts of those who decide a faithful employees fate with this company.

I went to Trachte's self storage seminar in 2007 and built my facility in 2008 and 2009 using Trachte buildings and doors. I could not have been happier with their products, services and customer support. They are all business and do a great job at it. Trachte built our facility in 1999 and now, 15 years later, everything is still doing great! Other than routine door maintenance we still don't have any leaks or other problems not caused by our customers. I'm constantly amazed at how well everything is holding up, even in some of the more extreme snowfalls that we've had. Furthermore, their support has been fantastic!

Their crew has always gone above and beyond the call of the job. We were impressed enough to use them to build another facility in New Jersey and we're quite happy with the results there as well! We will continue to use them to build our facilities.
