Overall poor build. We started out with minor issues that we could over look and fix ourselves from missing screens drywall compound all over nail pops throughout the house and stucko over spray on our siding but this is the last straw. Our home is only 5 years old we have never had any kind of leak or flooding but our crawl space is riddled with mold from our subflooring being left out in the elements during the build not allowing it to completely dry out and installing it anyway. Thanks for that and not caring about the health of the occupanta that hired you to build out dream home turned nightmare.

We purchased our home last fall and have nothing but great things to say since moving in. From the start working with Mona and Kelly to the day we moved in was great. The few minor issues have been addressed in a timely manner by both of them. We highly recommend the landscaper that they recommended as well, they did a great job and finished in time. We love our home.

Good size homes for the price, the only problem is that you need to be on there a$$ to get things done. Still a better option then wolverton.

Our home is beautiful and has so much detail which I love. It is exactly what we wanted. It has been 7 years since our house was built and it still is in the best shape. 100% would recommend.

We had our first home built by TKO. When we were first in communication with them they were great. Once we put our money down and started the building process, they were pretty much the exact opposite. Now, almost 6 months into being in our home, our paint is chipping, our grout in the kitchen and bathrooms are coming off, our light fixtures are all hung uneven, and now that there are some hotter days, our A/C isn't working.

We had a heating and cooling company come out and look at it and it's not even plugged in or wired. Now an electrician has to come out. Just annoying considering this is a brand new house. If you're needing a house built, I recommend going somewhere else.

TKO Homes has and still treats us well, the house they build for us is much better than the one we had in California by leaps and bounds. The town where TKO built our home is a great place to retire, quite, clean, and homey. We are glad TKO built our home and will most likely be our last home.

TKO built our first home and it turned out absolutely beautiful and amazing. They were easy to communicate with and responsive to inquiries. They made sure our first home went smoothly and were good about walking us through all the details of building a home. Our home ended up being done 2 months ahead of schedule and we are happy with the quality in all of the tile work and painting.

This was our first time building AND buying a home. TKO was awesome. We went through so many people when we first started looking for a home and had a terrible experience with people not responding or not taking us seriously. Finally we found TKO, and it was honestly pretty smooth sailing. It was so nice to deal directly with the builders and not have to go through realtors and middle men. TKO builds the home first with all your preferences and then once it is built they sale you the home, so a construction loan is not needed!

They were happy to let us do anything we wanted to do ourselves, or helped us find any specialty upgrades we wanted. Mona was so great to work with and answered our million first time home buyer question and did everything she could to get us what we wanted in our home. TKO finished everything on time and it was a fast 6 months! Seriously we couldn't be happier!
