We took over a home that had previously been started by another couple, but they had to pull out of their build. Our plans were already in place so we purchased it knowing we could not make any changes/upgrades until the build was completed. We snagged it up given how hot the market was and we have been thrilled overall with this entire process! Yes there were/are some bumps, but we have build from the ground up so we knew what to expect.

Great contacts at Estridge, especially Amy and her builder Mike! We know anything that needs to be addressed will be and we thank them for everything! We are so happy to be back in Indy as we had been away for 4 years.

We are absolutely in love with our new Estridge home. The details and custom finishes make this home so different from most new builds and everything turned out so beautifully. We loved customizing every detail of our home without the price tag or headache of a fully custom home. Serenade is such a gorgeous neighborhood and feels completely different than any other builders' neighborhoods in the surrounding area.

Each home is unique and has so much character with the beautifully designed elevations. The neighborhood is truly so serene and peaceful. We had so much help along the way from the design center, our sales associate, and our construction supervisor and we were always in the loop with any changes or delays due to building in this current climate. We received weekly email updates (at the very least) but as the project progressed, we were in communication almost daily.

We couldn't be happier with how our home turned out and all of our family and friends couldn't believe it wasn't a fully custom home. It doesn't even feel real that we get to call this our home!

My husband and I recently built a home in Serenade with Estridge Homes. Although 2021 proved to be a challenging year for residential building, our experience was very positive. Sarah Stamper, our Sales Associate, was incredible. She worked closely with us throughout the entire process, even joining us for our selection sessions at the Design Center, to help us navigate that process.

She and Cory Bramel, our Construction Supervisor, were outstanding. They were in communication with us throughout the entire building process, they listened to us, and worked hard to mitigate any issues that arose. The two of them demonstrated exceptional customer service. They are truly the Dynamic Duo of Estridge! Although our project ran a bit longer than originally projected due to issues with availability of some materials and subcontractor labor challenges, we recognized that those issues are widespread throughout the building industry right now.

Our home is very well built, and we absolutely love it. Sarah and Cory were great partners and advocates in this process, and we would definitely recommend Estridge Homes because of them!

My husband and I bought our Estridge Home five years ago. We love the design and quality of our home! During the building process, we were able to make structural and interior selections that customized our home to best meet our taste and needs, giving us the benefits of a new build full with character! One of our favorite things about Estridge is our neighborhood. Estridge has really created a community focused on neighbors connecting. The front porches, shared park spaces, and community amenities have created a neighborhood we're so thankful to be a part of!

Our family has lived in Harmony for 4.5 years now. We have four kids and I love the neighborhood setup for them. The walking trails, green space, park and recreation space is expansive and beautiful. The nestled layout of the houses has fostered wonderful neighbor relationships-the community that we've been able to build here has been one of the greatest gifts of living in this neighborhood. It's a great location and I've really grown to love Westfield and the home we have here.

We purchased a new home built by Estridge. I had heard nightmares about building a home by my friends and family, but our experience was not that at all. In fact, it was an exciting and delightful experience. Sarah, who sold us the home, also walked us through the whole process right up to the presentation holding our hand all the way. She always responded to our concerns promptly.

There are many decisions to be made when building a new home, but the staff at Estridge advised and helped us throughout the process making it seamless. Was the process perfect? Of course not. I think that would be impossible. But despite Covid, we navigated the process successfully and are now in our new home. I told Sarah, "I don't like our new home; I absolutely love it!"

Blew past the close date from when we signed paperwork, only to cry and lean on "Covid" and lack of labor for an 8+ weeks of delay on our home. Moved from out of state, with nowhere to live (after second, delayed date was given) and doesn't care to provide any solutions. But perfectly willing to take your money, cause what other options do you have? Proceed with caution and don't get your hopes up for any open and honest communication, or giving a DARN about the homebuyer.

We thoroughly enjoyed the entire home building process due to Estridge being by our side every step of the way! Their attention to detail is spectacular, the contractors they use are experts in their respective fields as well as caring individuals. I would build again with Estridge and would consider NO other builder in the Indy area!

Estridge Homes has continued to improve the values and beauty of the neighborhoods in the surrounding Indianapolis area. Recently purchased home with Estridge in Oxford Woods Zionsville. Going through pretty bad experience in getting things fixed even after 4 months of closing. Should have never closed before all things were completed. We tried to complain to the owner, he assured us that our concerns will be addressed as soon as possible. This was 1 and half month ago. DO NOT CLOSE with them unless everything is complete or you have patience to let them come around even after 6 months or more after closing. Not happy with them at all. And want to make sure evrobe knows since they don't seem to care.

They build intelligent quality homes, plan amazing neighborhoods, and they are one of the only local homebuilders that was able to come back to the market after the housing bust BECAUSE of their strong reputation. If you are considering building a new home, do your homework, get out on the dirt and look at homes being built at all stages of construction - you will see the differences and Estridge Homes is one of the highest quality builders in town.

My clients and I had a great experience with Estridge. My clients had recently sold a home that they had lived in for nearly 15 years and it was an emotional time for them to make this transition. They were downsizing but wanted a new home that was lower in maintenance and at the same time of similar quality to their custom home. The sales rep from Estridge was very patient with this older couple and helped them find a floor plan and a community that met their needs.

He worked with them throughout the process to make what initially seemed to be a daunting process into an enjoyable one of selecting the finishings for their new home. I was very appreciative that the sales rep treated my clients just as I would have.

My home was built by Estridge 8 years ago and for the amount of money I paid, I thought I would have a quality product. My finished basement has flooded 4 times due to the inept system of drainage placed by Estridge - in 2015 they said they would correct the issue as there were no drains in the large window wells thereby serving as aquariums during heavy rains.

The drains they placed to "fix the problem" were fake - hollow tubes 18 inches long going into clay. The sump pit is too shallow and so my house remains severely damaged with any heavy rain. No response from Estridge on multiple attempts. Even had a contractor call them - no response. Buyers, go with another builder! Run! A very important aspect of the Estridge company is that they re-brand every few years and form a new entity thereby absolving themselves of any responsibility or liability.

When building a home, find a reputable builder who has been in business for many years and stands by their product. Estridge builders have no conscience and will leave you with an expensive, yet substandard home - soon afterwards they will change their name and no longer have any concern for the disaster they have produced.

We built a home with Estridge and came away with a great home. Blake, our salesmen was always there to answer any questions and explained the process at each step. We have been in the home over a year and love it. They are very responsive if there is any need from us. I think with any home building, there will be a few minor issues and what set the experience apart from others was Blake and his passion to deliver a great product.
