Services
At Wiley Properties, we take a great amount of personal pride and interest in our buildings and our tenants. Our company's continued growth and success can be largely attributed to the direct, hands-on service we provide and the close relationships we maintain with our customers, many of whom have been leasing from us for over 20 years.
This multi-tenant office/warehouse building is conveniently located in Osseo, MN just South of CR 81 on Jefferson Hwy. Easy access to HWY 169, I-94/694, and I-610. This well maintained office/retail building is located just off of county 81 and a half mile North of Hwy. 169 in Osseo with easy access to I-694 and I-610.
If you have questions regarding finding a property to best fit your needs, please contact us today! We've had very good service from Wiley Properties over the years. We like the quick responses to problems, and the family service that we feel. In our downtown space, there was a fire in a next-door building about 14 years ago.
The medical buildings owned and managed by Wiley Properties are well maintained and easily accessible to patients. All repairs and maintenance are handled in a patient sensitive manner with clean repairs and minimal downtime. We coordinate with building occupants beforehand to make sure the proper people are notified in a timely manner, so there are no surprises.

Unprofessional, unethical, and very rude. Barb Wiley attempted to have me undergo a credit check before I'd even seen the inside of the duplex that I was inquiring about, stating that "that's just the way it is". She also told me that I'd need to sign a minimum of a 3 year lease for this duplex, citing all of the work they do for the property in between tenants.
She was referring to painting and replacing carpet, which is the job of a landlord. When I indicated that a minimum 3 year lease was absurd, she was very rude and stated that she was not in a hurry to rent the property. Which is good, because it's been vacant for over a year now. Not surprisingly.
