Had new home built in 2010 since then have had many issues, windows leak water, attic not vented properly with caused mold, , had to have professional cleaned and re vented and insulation, shingle have damage will need to be replaced soon, drywall seams separating, plumbing and electrical issues, I wouldn't recommend them to build a dog house
