We're in process with AHP Katy. Wayne Bergeron and team have been excellent. The process is clearly laid out from start to finish, and the communication has been above expectations. UPDATE: Our home was completed, and we couldn't be happier with the final result! We recommend AHP Katy, without hesitation, to anyone looking to build.

Working with Wayne Bergeron and his staff at American Home Place (AHP) Katy, Texas to design our custom built home has been very rewarding. After meeting with several Home Builders, we decided that AHP was the right builder for us. From the initial meeting with Wayne (who in our opinion is extremely knowledgeable and Professional) and his staff was very helpful during this phase.

After selecting the home plan, he worked with us to customize the plan to make our life long dreams come true. During the design process, we changed our mind several times, but he was very patient and listen to our many ideas. We expected that their would be some stress when we decided to build our dream home, but AHP has made the process exciting and enjoyable.

We are so excited to take this dream that we now see on paper, to the actual construction phase of the building process. But most of all, we are confident and excited going forward with AHP as our partner.

I enjoyed working with this company. They exceeded my expectations and did so in a timely manner. What I loved most was their patience and understanding. They accommodated all of my requests with frequent communication. I never not once felt out of the picture or lost or confused about anything. Their attention to detail was amazing which really helped narrow down structures and ideas I had in mind.

My wife and I have been working with the team at America's Home Place in Katy, Texas, since the end of June when we began the process of building a small farmhouse. The entire team has been professional and helpful at each stage of the process. In the planning stage we worked closely with Chris and Wayne who were very willing to make all the changes we requested.

Then once construction began, we have been working with Chip, our project manager. Chip has kept us well informed, and he is very responsive. Looking at a completion date in February. We are very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend AHP Katy.

When we decided to build a home on our lot, we visited with multiple builder in the area. What America's Home Place offered as "standard" was far and above what the others offered! We were very pleased with our sales consultant, Chris, and his eagerness to work with us thru the entire project. And the construction team (from the superintendent to the trade crews) always did a great job of working quickly, cleanly, and in a manner than made us comfortable with their part of the process. Ultimately, their standard offerings, plans and process won them the job, but their communication, timeliness & dedication to doing things right is what won them our gratitude. We love our home and would recommend the Katy office of AHP!

I really appreciate Christopher Williams taking the time to answer my questions and address my concerns regarding building my new home. He was willing to listen to my questions about the building process and explain various options that I have to choose from to address them. Chris made me feel very comfortable and at ease and was very knowledgeable and professional.

We are a subcontractor for America's Home Place. We have had nothing but a good experience with them. They deliver a broad range of houses to match all budgets without sacrificing quality. I highly suggest you meet with them when you are considering your next build!

It's now been 16 months since they started on my home and 9 months since we moved in, but they're still not done. Every time they come to fix something, they break more than they fix at this pace, they'll still be doing work on the house after the warranty runs out. Stay away from this company.
