At JMB, we add significant value to our clients' program by being part of the project planning stage and by working early with design consultants, local government officials and the entire project team. Our Preconstruction services include Critical Path Scheduling.
With this delivery method, we provide a comprehensive building program, starting with Preconstruction services and ending with building commissioning and move-in. I was stopped at a red light by the Second and Race Street project when a block of cement landed on my car. Madison Concrete is the cement company who said that no one from their company was there when the cement hit my car. Dave Biddle said that they would pay for the damages to my car but they are now denying me for the repairs of my car. The only suggestion they have for me is to turn it into my own insurance.
I have to replace both my wind shied and hood of my brand new car. They are not of any assistance to me nor claiming any responsibility to what happened. I have to ask, what if the block of cement hit a person?
