We have roof leakage from last 2 years it's been leaking from start after following several times fixed but problem did not resolved after that in-spite following several times they tell different stories work order created, you are not available, we called you.etc I agree we will have problems but the service and proactiveness they have is very poor

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Blenheim homes owns Mariott Residence Inn in Dover Delaware. With many issues during my stay, I reached out to Jay Sonecha, the owner. He didn't return my calls. His assistant told me directly that he would not speak to me. He had my number blocked. These are all facts.

Make sure to hire a professional home inspection company to check on newly built houses at Village of Bayberry in Middletown, DE. I ran into quality issues with yard drainage, loose shingles, window leaks, mold and mildew, pipe leaks, etc. Blenheim Management is very reluctant and slow to fix warranty and I have to take time off work for 5 days to fix defects and problems still not fixed. Make sure you don't make the same mistakes.
