I have had a great experience working with Joey and his team. Joey is attentive and responsive. He has ensured that the right people are helping with my job and that the job is done to my specifications. Adolfo has been my onsite crew chief and not only does he have an awesome attitude and communication style, he is fantastic at his craft. My expectations have been surpassed based on his knowledge, steady hand, and vision for completing the work. I would recommend this business without reservation.

I had a hole repaired in my closet, base boards replaced and a new paint job-- Miguel C was great! He was fast, cleaned up everything and nice as well! Definitely recommend him and company.

I should have read these reviews before I signed a contract with Emercon. My insurance company recommended them. I have already contacted them to hopefully save someone else from them. I had a small bathroom to redo. A project that should have been a few weeks has turned into almost 2 months with still no end in sight. No one talks to each other. One does the estimate and another scheduled the workers to come out.

I was told after they left my project for 2 weeks that they would be back out until the job was finished but again, they were taken off the job. All I need now is a shower door to finish the project but God knows when that will be as I guess I pissed off the guy who did the estimate because now I'm not even getting any response. If your insurance company recommends them, my advice is to run the other direction. Luckily my insurance company has escalated this to management so hopefully they will think twice before recommending them to anyone.

Where do I start. Joseph Franchi is the man. This guy really cares and he is a man of his word. He promised me that he will fix my condo in 4 days and he sure lived upto his word. I live in Austin and had my condo in Escrow. A water pipe leak ended up damaging some of my flooring in the living room as well as the bedroom. My HOA hired JW Plumbing (Worst Company and they will rip you off) to fix the leak.

Since they were already working their, I asked them to give me an estimate to fix the entire damage. They quoted me a ridiculous amount and told me that I will have to replace the entire flooring as they were unable to find the exact floors. Because of the time pressure I started putting pressure on my insurance company to find someone who could fix the issues in my condo. JW Plumbing took 12 days to fix the issue in the bathroom.

They gave me a ridiculous estimate without the flooring amount which was separate and left me in the worse state. On Feb 19th, I received a call from Joseph Franchi from Emercon. He said my insurance company had reached out to him and he was calling to fix an appointment to see my place. I explained him my situation and that the closing of escrow had to be delayed because of all this mess.

He was so understanding and kind to me and let me vent. I told him to reach out to my realtor and she will meet him next day at 8AM. Joseph was on time the next day and he promised me to send my insurance company an estimate by the end of the day. He told me that some of the flooring was damaged and the rest was in perfect condition. He told me that if he is able to find the exact flooring he will be able to finish the work in 5 days.

The estimate was $3500 less than what JW Plumbing was asking for and guess what, he was able to find the exact flooring, he even sent one of his team member to go pick up the flooring from LA. He promised me 5 days and he finished the work to perfection in 5 days. Thank you Joseph, for going above and beyond to help me. You reduced 50% of my stress by committing to this project.

You are a man of your word and you genuinely care. Emercon Construction is very fortunate to have you. My realtor has recommended to my HOA to use Emercon Construction for any other future projects. Joseph, Thank you from the bottom of my heart again. Vikas Gulati

What should have taken a few days, a seriously small bathroom, took almost 3 months for them to finally finish. We stayed in a hotel for over 39 days. Wrong paint (twice), wrong tiles for the shower (that luckily we caught before they got started), cracked grout issues, paint everywhere, broken fan, messed up shaking pipes and they left a disgusting mess for me to clean up. They started in August, just wrapped up in NOVEMBER. Our insurance recommended them for some reason. if you can, avoid them.

These guys are great. On time, very knowledgeable, walks you through the ENTIRE process, in-and-out, very efficient. Thanks Frankie!
