Our members represent builders, remodelers, sub-contractors, suppliers, banks, mortgage companies, title companies and many others. We offer Councils that further experience and education in Remodeling, Green Building, Custom Building, Production Building and Sales and Marketing.

To promote professional remodeling through public awareness, education and ethical business practices. The Remodelers Council (RMC) of the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico (HBACNM) is a professional organization serving Remodelers and Associate members. We are committed to improved management and technical competency, excellence in service to the consumer, and to effective representation of member and industry interests at the federal, state and local levels in concert with the National Association of Home Builders Remodelers Council (NAHBR).
The Custom Builders Council (CBC) is a select group of builders who have met a stringent set of professional standards. Members must warranty the homes they build and carry appropriate insurances. They also must have sound business and client references and proven business ethics. Members are a diverse group who build custom homes in all price ranges, architectural styles and regions of central New Mexico. The CBC wants to supply reliable and useful information to clients interested in choosing a custom home or custom home builder.
The Sales & Marketing Council engages members involved in realty, selling home products and financing homes through networking events, classes that offer CE credits and awards and accolades for the top sales people in the association.
