Fast friendly service the electrician Josh was great very knowledgeable and found my issue very quickly. I will most definitely use Stewart Richey again for all of my electrical, plumbing, hvac and refrigeration needs. I would recommend them to anyone for Fast professional service at a great price.

I was hired to perform an hvac lift for them in the Nashville area and 2 months later I have not been paid. I keep getting responses that payment processed but nothing has been received. When contacted about scheduling for job they were made aware I required payment on-site but was told after job was performed to call office to process payment over phone but was told a check would be sent, that was first week of December. Customers and contractors beware!

Was having hvac issues and someone came out and was able to explain everything to me and resolve the issue. it was super affordable.

Plumbers installed tankless water heater for us 4 years ago, and installed it incorrectly. Caused a leak to form in condensate drain line which has since caused hardwood damage. Plumbing manager claimed that they didn't know drain water would corrode copper pipe, but in talking to other plumbers, SR plumber should have known and installed with plastic drain pipe.

We only requested that they fix/replace drain pipe at their expense since it was initially installed incorrectly, but they would not do so and would not return my calls. We did not even ask them to fix the damage caused by the water. I do not recommend Stewart Richey.

I rely on Stewart Richey SG for all of my household plumbing, Electrical and HVAC needs. I own a house built in 1964, so I end up needing service from time to time. SR has proven to be reliable, effective and honest in my dealings with them. Its great to call one company and be able to get any of these services done right. Also, SRSG recently installed a HVAC unit in my fathers house and it had a manufacturers defect.

They actually pushed back on the manufacturer when they wanted to install parts to attempt to fix. SRSG told the manufacturer that my dad bought a new unit and he deserved a new unit. So they replaced his with a new unit. Thats fantastic customer service. They have my business locked in!

Replaced our sewer line. Staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. They were careful with the removal old lines and install of the new lines. Very consciences of our neighbor's and our yard. We would be hard pressed to use anyone else for our plumbing services.

I found Stewart Richey in my efforts to restore power to my home. The house had been vacant and without power for an extended period of time and BGMU required that the house be put on a generator and inspected by the city, prior to restoring service. At the time, I was living out of state and had to manage this process over the phone and from a far.

Not being there gave me concern, but when it was all done, I realized that calling Stewart Richey was absolutely the way to go. They managed everything in a very professional, helpful, and timely manner. The power got restored to the house and the cost for the work was very fair. Since this job, I've called Stewart Richey several more times for help and each time, its been the exact same experience. I just could not be happier that I found these guys and I plan to use them moving forward for more work.

We called after hours for a leaking water supply in our bathroom. The technician was fast, professional, and knowledgeable! They answered all of our questions and were respectful of our home. My water pipes froze this past week and this company provided great service! Their prices are reasonable ( Shane Elmore Plumbing was going to charge me 320.00 an HOUR ) and they will be the plumbing service I will use in the future! I highly recommend them.

Called and made an appointment no one showed the left a message for one of their electricians to call for some electrical work. They never called back. I will never call tbem again.

Poor quality service. Won't call back. Won't return to fix problem unresolved from prior visit. Wanted to do unnecessary work.
