Services
Designed for new construction or easy window replacement, the Silver Line V3 Series double-hung window features a colonial brick mould design for classic styling with a tilt-in top and bottom sash for easy cleaning. White, Beige and Sandstone windows and doors have the same color on both the interior and exterior and are consistent throughout the frame and sash, making scratches virtually invisible. The Dark Bronze and Black painted color options are available for exteriors only, and has a White interior.
Designed and tested to stand up to extreme coastal weather, Silver Line windows and patio doors with Coastal Watch Protection give you 24/7 protection without the need to buy, install, remove and store separate plywood panels or shutters.
Proper installation is critical in making sure our windows and patio doors perform and designed. Several installation guides are available and include information on preparing the rough opening, sealing, fastening, and flashing your new windows and patio doors.
In general most anti-virus/firewalls have an option for adding whitelist programs/exceptions. You will need to find that option and add the information below to see if it helps. All end-user traffic from outside your network is designed to use http or https traffic over ports 80 and/or 443. Proxy servers aren't supported at this time.

Our pricey kitchen remodel was finished in September 2021. Months prior to that, Silver Line sent us window screens to go with our new double-hung windows. Not only was one of the screens damaged, but they sent us screens that don't even fit the windows. After reaching out to them multiple times since June of 2021, I've given up on getting the items I actually paid for, and might be taking legal action.

I can't use the brand new windows as intended because Silver Line's customer service is absolutely non-existent and they should be ashamed of themselves. Do NOT do business with this company.

I bought one of their sliding glass doors in 2019, about a month ago I came home from work and it was completely shattered. I called and talked to customer service and they assured me it would be covered under warranty and my new door would be shipped in 8-10 weeks. I called today to check up on the warranty replacement and a different employee informed me that the door would not be replaced and that I would have to pay out of pocket for delivery and replacement.

The girl working sutomer service was one of the rudest people Ive ever had contact with and I am a builder by trade. This will be the last silver line window or door I will ever buy for me or one of my clients and I now understand why Anderson dropped silver line. Do not buy any products from this company.

Customer Service is terrible. We have a problem with a window and NO ONE will return our phone calls or emails. No communication what so ever.

Horrible company. After 2 phone screens, I went on a 5 hour interview (March 2018). They hired someone else and then that person left or was fired because the position was posted again. Anyway, while I toured the plant, hourly employees did not look happy and a few mentioned that they are overworked and underpaid. Many employees are still upset about them being acquired by Anderson.

The midget Plant Manager is a weasel. He lead me to believe that I was going to be picked and two days later I was notified that I was out. It worked out for me as I accepted and still am at a great company that is 7 minutes from my home.

Updated to 3 stars. I eventually received a follow up email from the online support form, and my replacement parts showed up in the mail. Which is all I wanted. I still don't recommend wasting your time on the phone. Original review: Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time on the phone they will just hang up on you after putting you on hold for 30 minutes. Better off getting different windows than dealing with replacement parts that keep breaking and the poor customer service.

Understaffed customer service. Press 1 to have us call you is just a way of killing your call. They were generally easy to get along with in the first five or six years. When the hardware and screens start falling apart you discover that those things are not covered by warranty and you have to go to a third party. Apparently Anderson has had enough of Silverline and dumped them last year. Tried to order screen replacements today and was told I had to go through a distributor because they can't bill anyone. All along they have been able to bill me for shipping replacement insulated glass units. Buy a better brand!

My new home came with these windows. Don't let the Anderson name fool you; they're garbage! I have 2 casement windows that the crank handle broke on and another 3 double hung windows where the seal has given up so they're cloudy.

Worked for an outside carrier doing dedicated hauls for them for 3 years as a truck driver. I was always treated well by their employees. Seemed like a decent place to work inside.

Absolute junk! 12 windows installed within the last 4 years. 12 windows will be replaced. Ice, condensation, ruined paint and trim. Local Dealer/Installer came out with a huge box of "foam pellets" the first year I complained of air and wind blowing through. Claimed the "manufacturer" failed to insert these! What a joke.oh no wait, the joke is on me. I cannot believe consumers can't be better protected. Buyer beware!

Not a good place to work a bunch of people who don't speak English the team leads favorite people they fired me because I had a emergency to attend they work you like a slave and let the people they cool with sit back and talk while you busting your ass and the front office is lazy they sit and don't even want to help you with anything stay away plus you get paid every 2 weeks it's not worth waiting 3 months to become union them Spanish people will do whatever it takes to mess you up
