L&L Builders Co. is a Sioux City-based general contractor doing commercial construction business in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota, and which has been in business since 1960. As a traditional general contractor, L & L Builders Co. performs much of its client's work with our own team members, allowing us to better control the quality and timeliness of the project. Our concentrations surround all forms of concrete, rough and finish carpentry, and specialized installations, enabling us to maintain direct control of the work.

Our experience working with L&L Builders was very positive. We had goals of opening the Pizza Ranch Fun Zone by Thanksgiving and we were able to open a week before Thanksgiving. Evan and Shawn did a great job of keeping us informed on the progress and meeting with us and the sub contractors every other week. We would use L&L Builders again on a future project! It was a pleasure to work with L&L on our largest project to date as a company. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. The communication, for even the smallest issue, was impeccable. Even though, we were not their only project or customer, the personal attention, fast response time and availability made us feel like we were their top priority.
