Services
As a General Contractor, Amason joins the project team at the conclusion of the design phase, through either a hard bid or negotiated contract. We are dedicated to minimizing cost without sacrificing quality. Our extensive general contracting experience enables us to combine the most competitive schedule and budget with quality subcontractors and our self-perform workforce, creating a strong, capable construction team resolved to deliver the successful project our client deserves.
Brose's 80,000 square-foot expansion provides the existing plant increased manufacturing and warehousing space. This project also included a 12,500 square-foot renovation to the existing plant as well as an additional two parking lots. The plant was able to remain fully operational during the project.
The Nine at Tuscaloosa is a 544-bed upscale apartment complex near The University of Alabama campus. In total, the eight residential buildings encompass 263,000 square-feet and feature 216 fully-furnished units. The complex includes a 10,000 square-foot, resort style clubhouse complete with a state-of-the-art fitness center, game room, various study lounges, community kitchen and on-site leasing office.
The newly renovated Museum and Visitor Center offers guests a unique look at the history of this ground-breaking, century old German automaker. It showcases vehicles ranging from the 1886 Carl Benz Patented Motorwagon, widely regarded as the first automobile, to the company's newest SUVs, and uses interactive displays to educate visitors on the Company's commitment to safety, performance, design, innovation, and the future.
