I have been involved with Lane Valente Industries in several different capacities over the past 21 years. The owners genuinely care about their employees and have a knack for recognizing talent in those that wish to progress. I've learned a lot of good habits from them, including being mindful of looking at things from other people's perspectives, giving people the benefit of the doubt and helping your coworkers succeed.
All of this contributes to the feeling of family and the extremely low turnover rate is testament to this. Everyone is respectful to each other and I couldn't ask for a better group of coworkers. Truly a great company!

I have worked part-time at Lane Valente since January of 2018. My manager and asst manager are the best I have ever worked with. They focus on the positive, and only give constructive criticism. From the top down, everyone at Lane Valente truly cares about their employees and clients. We've had good experiences with this company. But the last time someone came out they didn't have an uniform or a company ID tag which made it a little difficult to actually know if he was even a real employee. The ONLY way we could kinda tell was because of the work order. He had on regular street clothes & not professional looking at all. Very nice guy though.

I have been working for Lane Valente Industries for almost six years. For the first few months that I was working for Lane Valente I knew this wouldn't just be a job it would be a start to my life long career. Lane Valente truly cares and appreciate their employees. The employees that have been there for 10 to 15 plus years still enjoy coming to work because of the people and the atmophere around them.

Your bucket driver going through Warrwick IN on I-64, I miraged onto left lane cause there was a police on side of road and your retarded bucket driver went around me on right hand side and almost miraged onto me to try avoid the pulled over police, can you say retard, there was no truck number other was I would give you it, I'm sure you can check it on gps, it happened on 02/22/18 @ 230pm cst.
