We are equipped with an extensive heavy equipment line to provide comprehensive civil construction services for building construction, road construction, and water reclamation facilities.
Our Renewable Energy Division delivers small to large scale renewable energy solutions, including solar photovoltaic, wind, geothermal, and solar thermal. KCS specializes in traditional as well as Alternative Project Delivery Methods, including Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and Design-Build. We also maintain excellent relationships with a select group of developers that specialize in solar projects and provide system ownership through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).KCS consistently achieves success in finding the best contract delivery method to meet our clients' project needs.
