The process to purchase through installation was excellent. Anthony and his crew knew exactly how to remove my old chimney that I no longer needed and replaced it with an attic fan. They patched the shingles so you'd never know they were even there! Follow up with the office staff was very professional. Nice people are always great to do business with! Dealing with Anthony was an absolute pleasure. I have used Roof Plus couple of times for new home inspections before I purchase and have also use them to make repairs on my roofing and siding. Anthony has always been professional, on time, and the quality of work has been impeccable. I tend to be detail oriented and Anthony has always surpassed my expectations.

I am very pleased from start to finish with the service provided by George. He made it easy to get through the project with little to no hiccups. The crew arrived on time on the date that they committed to. I needed two layer roof ripped off and replaced. The workers were organized and went right to work. They did everything I asked without complaint. Amazingly, they were about to do the entire job in one day.

The owners son, Sal was the big surprise. He was the first to start working and the last to leave, other than George. Sal kept busy all day long, sometimes doing the grunt work and finding other things that needed to be done as the day progressed. I am glad I met him. It puts my mind at ease, knowing that the company will continue long after Anthony retires.

It will be in capable hands. George stayed after to spend some time with me talking over the results of the job. As he has said a few times, this is now his roof and he is committed to it. What an amazing organization!

Purchased a Living Social Gutter Cleaning contract from them in 11/2013. Was in the area which they stated they covered. I called to make an apt and was put on the list but was told they only come to my area once in a while. My apt was canceled because of the snow and ice we had last year. They never rescheduled. I contacted them numerous times as well as a few text messages.

A few times I actually spoke to someone who told me they would call back. Never got a call. So much for the flawless experience Andrew B received. My experience was all but flawless. I would not recommend anyone contact this business unless you want a run around. My living social receipt states ENJOY PROMOTIONAL VALUE $180.00 BY June 14, 2014 PAID VALUE ($69.00) DOES NOT EXPIRE. I guess that's true but I'm sure I will never get to use it.

Burdick Engineering and the recommendation never fell short! Anthony was so professional and compassionate! He was my second proposal and my last! Being a business owner and knowledgable facilities manager myself, my experience hiring Lombardo Roofing & Exterior was flawless. Prior to starting the project I met with the Lombardo sales staff. From the first word mentioned it was clear the gentleman knew the ins & outs of his business, bringing up many points I would have overlooked & additional points many other companies I interviewed did not have the foresight to notice.

He asked if I was happy with the project and then personally inspected the work to ensure it was correct and that I would not have any issues or potential problems in the future.
