We had water in our basement and are very fortunate that Accord Restoration as able to visit the damage within 24 hours, provide a plan of how to fix the basement and kept us in the loop on their progress. Everyone has been really nice and easy to work with and they allow my curious toddler to ask a lot of questions!

Soooo accommodating! Our belongings were treated with care. The guys who delivered couldn't have been more friendly. Dealing with Craig was very comforting as he assured us that it was no problem to take care of everything for us.

After a major water leak I didn't know what to do next. From the beginning Curt was awesome to deal with. He made a very stressful situation a lot easier. From receiving weekly updates on what the progress was to stopping by to drop off papers to ensure I had everything I needed for the insurance company. He made this process as painless as possible.

When the repairs started Joel was very efficient and did a fantastic job on making my house look brand new. He explained everyday what his goals were and at the end of the day touched base with me on what was accomplished and when to expect him next. Overall Accord did a great job and I couldn't be happier!

The Accord team and specifically Craig, responded immediately and was at my house only hours after my initial call and then again first thing in the morning to take out the damage in my basement due to the water. I was frequently apprised of every step and the work started and was finished within 10 days time. Communication between Accord and my insurance company went very smoothly.

I was extremely pleased with the finished product, the customer service, and the ease of the process. I will definitely use them again in the future if the need arises. I would recommend them with no reservations. Great job. Dan

My fire was 2017 and I'm still trying to restore many items myself. I would not recommend that company the best part of the rebuild is the kitchen cabinets hand made by Amish. Also, the stair rail going to my basement and the hard wood floors and painters were good. Most of the sub contractors they hired were not good= poor craftsmanship. The biggest problem was nobody checks the work after it's finished.

The worst problem was the mitres. I should have had them recut-their was a space between them. Their solution was to wood putty and sand them. They made their own decisions and did not work w/ the customer at all to ask for input. The gutters were cheap and were'nt slanted for drainage.

Working with Accord Restoration was an absolute pleasure - their service and their attention to detail was without question second to none. If there is anything that requires upgrading or renovating in my home moving forward, they are the only company I will use. I HIGHLY recommend their service!

I typically do not write reviews but I felt compelled to after the professional and great service we got from Accord Restoration. As a 1st time home owner after living in major cities and apartments for most of our lives, the stress and anxiety of dealing with our 1st "home owner" problem seemed overwhelming. After a referral to Accord we were put at ease by the up front and professional conversation we had at our home by Craig Morrison. His team handled the problem (water loss) with care and a sense of urgency that we appreciated very much. Thank You Accord Restoration!

The people from Accord are professional, respectful, and very good at the work they do. We have had two unfortunate incidents at our home due to fire and water. We had water damage to our basement and first floor from our refrigerator ice maker breaking. Accord responded quickly, minimizing the damage to our home. They helped every step of the way and were patient with all of the questions we had- taking time to explain things as needed. They were very professional and did amazing work! We are very happy with the restoration. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This company was used to perform water remmediation services after a burst pipe that flooded a craw space. I was deployed overseas and had rely on my management company to handle the job. Accord gutted the entire bathroom when the burst pipe was actually underneath the floor near an exterior wall. Absolutely no water entered the bathroom area, it basically poured down in to the craw space. However, Accord gutted the entire bathroom and ripped out perfectly good drywall and insulation to drive up costs.

It was totally unnecessary and basically done to increase the insurance claim for someone who was out of country. Is that how you treat someone who's in a war zone protecting your freedom? Accords billing and invoicing practices are terrible! They won't provide you a final bill and then they'll run to their lawyers and claim you aren't paying. Kinda hard to get paid when you don't invoice!

Also nice to come home to threatening letters from lawyers. Based on their shady practices of way over doing a job and then failing to provide final billing, I would never use this company again. Nope! Cold day in you know what before I give my hard earned money to these clowns!

Where to begin? My experience with Accord Restoration was a complete disaster from the start. I have stage-four cancer, which means I am not in a position to have to handle the soot damage in my home. Both my insurance company, Nationwide, and Accord were well aware of this prior to beginning this project. Around Thanksgiving 2016, Accord's "skilled" clean team" gave me two estimates: one for cleaning and one for restoration.

I signed a contract and the project commenced. Things went smoothly in the beginning. But as December moved along, I began having issues with what Accord was doing. It started out as damage to my personal property, like breaking my living-room vertical blinds. I observed other aspects of the restoration project didn't seem right. The cleaning took place during the holiday season, so between the crew taking personal days and "got called away to other jobs, " they were at my house for the entire month.

The restoration also entailed removing wallpaper from four small rooms. Not only did they not fulfill this part, but they also left half of the wallpaper up, going so far as to cover up what they didn't remove with primer! At this point, I told Travis, my Accord contact, that I didn't want any further destruction done to my home until I got a firm understanding and commitment on how exactly Accord would proceed. But, he took it upon himself to commence a task they knew they were ill-equipped to perform when he instructed his co-worker, Eric, to begin taking down the wallpaper without my authorization.

I still hadn't received a solid commitment like id asked, yet Travis requested for additional funds several times due to the unexpected labor involved in the wallpapering process. When I saw the wallpaper-removal mess that Eric began in the bathroom and expressed my concern to both him and Travis, they assured me this would all be cleaned up. In addition to breaking household fixtures and the wallpaper fiasco, the Clean Team took out all of the ceiling tiles in the family room/den and left it that way-exposed wires and all.

I had also requested new carpeting for my bedroom, which Travis installed. Unfortunately, he didn't go with the carpet I selected. At this point, the Harrisburg, PA, office began leaving messages on my home phone and sending me invoices with differing amounts due. When I tried to resolve the matter and explain the poor work quality, nobody at Accord seemed to know anything about the project at my house.

I eventually had a conference call set up with the company vice president (after he threatened me multiple times with a lawsuit for nonpayment of services), only to be told by his assistant that he was "called out of the office on a personal matter." It has been more than a year since this unfortunate choice of company made my house go from bad to worse.

I'm not sure what Accord's hiring standards are or how they train their Clean Team representatives, but one look at the wreckage of my house reminds one of the scene on the movie "The Money Pit." Today, I am left with a house that was in worse shape than before. I implore anyone reading this to avoid using Accord Restoration for any residential/business clean-up.

Accord restoration left our house in worse condition them when we met them. The project manager allowed his crew to chip granite counters n not replace them. Chris the project manager cashed the insurance checks however never finished painting the ceiling and left many other work items unfinished. I Would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy. Where do I start? Our hot water heater and sub pump went out a few days before Thanksgiving last year. We came home to our entire basement flooded with over 5ft of water and terribly cold conditions. Billy and his team came out within hours and started cleaning up our home. They where super fast friendly and always on time. The would stay long days and never would complain.

They helped us get our home not only back into shape but ever better than before. When your looking for a team that cares and goes the extra miles please call them. They where so amazing we gave them a little gift for being such a blessing to us. 100% will call again! Thanks more than happy customer here. Billy's welcomed at our house anytime even for a movie night in our new basement/ Theater room!

Worked here for one day, so unprofessional it's disgusting, I have been a certified water restoration professional for over.five years and I have never.in my.years encountered such a shit show. Unorganized blind leading the blind for chump change, how they are.in the mitigation business is beyond me but not even there estimators know anything about it, blowers on a sewage loss, with contaminated carpet in an occupied house, all that lovely fecal matter blown throughout the. House. Oh well, maybe they will get sued.

This review is a follow up to my first review, which was flagged as a fake and filtered. Ridiculous. Long story short, in my first review (I strongly suggest you read it. Click on the filtered reviews tab at the bottom of Accord's yelp page and follow the instructions there), I outlined out how Accord Restoration was supposed to replace a window in my house that had been broken.

Instead of being helpful, Accord dragged me along for about 2 months saying they would call, saying they would send me a contract, saying they would show up to take measurments, but never did (bit of background: I went through my insurance company to have this window replaced and Accord was the lowest bidder.by hundreds of dollars.so their cost is all my insurance company is willing to pay). Anyway, I've finally gotten a contract from Accord, signed it, gave them my deposit, they cashed my deposit.but have not done any work.

We are now outside the timeframe of the contract! I've asked for my money back, because we're now out of the contract timeframe and they told me they would not be returning my money. In fact, they suggested I sue them. I am.
