Arrived for our scheduled consultation with Dave the owner. When we came to the house/office it was a run down building. He seemed to have forgotten about our meeting. He then changed location to new office down the road. He met with us in sweat pants, an old t-shirt, and with his dog. He said sorry to "burst your bubble" when we told him our budget. I would have been totally fine with him not being able to build in our budget but he was very unprofessional.

I would like to give a big shout out to Shriner Building Company in Beavercreek! Dave and his group of guys have the most patience, are understanding and have put up with me more than I could have ever wished for in a builder. I have never had to build a house from scratch and the learning curve has been hard. But Dave has been there the whole time, helping me through it all. Never getting mad or irritated at my never ending questions. They do great work and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
