KACIN founder A. Richard Kacin has been building upscale residential homes, condominiums and communities in the Pittsburgh region since 1960. Headquartered in the Pittsburgh suburb of Murrysville, KACIN also manages the design and construction of an array of commercial and industrial facilities throughout western Pennsylvania through our sister company, KACIN General Contractors. At KACIN COMPANIES we have several Rental Properties in the Murrysville and surrounding areas which are owned and managed by RBJ Partners an affiliated entity. All our properties have been newly constructed or renovated by A. Richard Kacin, Inc. Each property has its own unique style and modern-day look.
